Arkin is like a walking watch encyclopedia - knows every make and model you could imagine. What really impressed me was how genuine, warm, and funny he was. Even though I didn't purchase anything, he spent time educating me without any pressure. Left with way more knowledge than I came in with. When I'm ready to buy, I'll definitely be back.
