This company is honestly the most humble and down to earth people i have ever talked to they help clients navigate the confusing world of investing.

Mr. Griffin was a big help with moving my 401K.
This thing is a lot easier than other companies make it.
I talked to some other companies and they just ran me in circles. Arnold gave me the facts and got me started.

I’m writing this review just to express the great customer service me, my family and friends have experienced with Crown Bullion. Crown being in Dallas Texas, makes it very easy to purchase and communicate with. They always give us all the material we need to decide on storage facilities and pricing. I would definitely recommend Crown Bullion to anyone who wants to start investing in Gold.

CrownBullion is the best company I have ever worked with Greg Stevens was extremely helpful he answered all my questions and was incredibly friendly I invested my life savings with them and I’m glad I did if you want financial security call them today!

I hope I am wrong, but I fear I am not. I have been trying for over 2 weeks to contact Michael Gavyn, Mia Thompson, Joseph Rickard and 2 other folks in their group by email and leaving phone messages and nothing. If you are having a great experience I'm betting you are a new client. Beware! There seems to be a snake in the woodpile!

Fantastic service. I spoke to a really friendly sales representative, placed my order, and got my delivery 4 days later. So quick compared to other metals companies I have dealt with in the past

This company is a Big Scam! They recently changed their name from Oakhurst Metals to Crown Bullion my guest is because of all the bad reviews they were getting. They are fast to take your money and you will never see it again. They are stealing from the elderly. Someone needs to investigate Michael Gavyn, Damien Moran, Joseph Rickard, Mia Thompson for theft and elder abuse.

Another cold call from a lying salesperson. I had complained before and changed my rating when a supervisor said they would change their call tactics. This was in May, just got another call from a lying salesperson. Do not talk to them. If you cannot trust a person in small matters, you cannot trust them with larger ones. Too many reputable dealers are out there. They open with we are calling about an inquiry that you made on Facebook. Had many calls with and they said the same thing. I have never been on Facebook.

Stay away from this company they take your money they don't communicate with you next thing you know is you can't access your account and your money is gone, they shut down their phones and change their name

Crown Bullion has Great customer service and even better quality metals, They sent me a safe to hold my metals in.

I purchased 570 1oz coins from them for my self-directed IRA, I needed 3,000 from my self-direction and was able to do distribution and received the money after 5 days! Great customer service!

Also just got got a cold call telling me they were responding to my inquiry about the need for bullion in these turbulent times.

I said I had made no such inquiry. Caller said 'You're wrong buddy, that's not how we do business....'

I hung up. I don't need to be gaslighted by telemarketers. There are plenty of reputable bullion services out there.

I purchased from Crown Bullion this year. Their staff is patient and informative helping customers to navigate gold and silver investments. Once my purchase was made, they communicated when to expect delivery. Delivery was timely, secure, and correct. I recommend them to others.

I was concerned about an annuity that I had with another firm and I had heard good things about Crown. I was pleased with the service that I received from my Crown Bullion rep. He re-assured me that they will be there for me anytime I have a question or concern. You don't get that kind of service anymore. I am glad that I switched to Crown.

I called out of curiosity, and all my questions were answered clearly. I placed an order, and they were in constant contact about my order. The only surprise I had was how heavy my order was! Wonderful service and my metals arrived very fast!

I had been looking around for good deals on precious metals and heard about Crown on the radio. I called and was fortunate enough to have Michael as my representative. Michael is very professional, patient, and helpful, as I am new to buying precious metals. The prices were very good and when I received my order everything looked good and there were no issues at all.

Purchased Metals from them and received them after 6 days, they were very fast and provided me with a safe.
