You had the size pan I needed. I will be back to buy the burner I need for sauce making. Cashier was helpful in telling me where things were. You do need to supply more sauce making accessories- eg: strainers, scoopers, etc.

Firstly, the product line looked great and was very reasonably priced. Delivery was super fast and upon inspection of my items, I confirm that the products are top notch. Have not used them yet for cooking but I do not foresee any issues.

You have a great selection; I was able to order exactly what I needed. The only down side is that your gear is so well made that it will last me "forever" (I have several other pans form you that have been going great for over 20 years -- thank you!), so I might not need more!

Offered a great deal on a set of cake pans, so I got two of them. They threw in an extra cake pan for free, which was totally unexpected but a pleasant surprise. Fast shipping. And the pans are working well. Would definitely buy again in the future.

The perfectly formed cake pans let the cake cook evenly and cool quickly on a rack so the cake is not over baked when you release it from the pan.

Fast delivery. A couple of moulds had discoloured spots inside but rest were fine. Baked perfect sized babas.

Very good customer service. UPS lost my package and never contacted me. Customer service acts quickly and files a complaint to UPS, and always sends me emails to get updates until I finds my missing package.

After doing much research, I discovered that aluminum is the best metal to bake in for the even heating capabilities and also light coloured metal is better than dark metal. Since my purchase, I’ve bake a few cakes. Each time the cakes are evenly baked and flat. I’ve never had a flat cake before.
I also appreciated the information about washing aluminum by hand and not using a dishwasher.
Delivery was fast. I made my order one day and received my pans the next day. I live 4 hours away from Toronto so it takes longer to receive orders.
I’ve been using the angel food pan my Mum used for all our birthday cakes as children. It just goes to show you what high quality Crown products are. Thank you Crown for great Canadian products! 🇨🇦

The baking pans, toaster oven pans and cookie sheets are made of very heavy duty aluminum. No worries about warping! I have recommended to family and friends who have recently purchased from Crown and they are all vary satisfied with Crown products.
