Stay away from this casino.
If you actually manage to win something, getting your winnings paid out is a real struggle. Winning itself already seems to be a rare exception at this casino.
If you win using a bonus, don’t expect to receive your winnings either.
In short, this is a very shady casino.
I have asked three times to permanently close my account, and they still haven’t done it.
I fell into the trap of continuing to play, hoping things would improve. Stupid, stupid, stupid on my part.
So consider this a warning. These people are simply not fair or trustworthy.

Do not trust because if you win your withdrawal will not be accepted.

They claimed that I won 2100 with a bonus which was totally a lie I didnt used their bonuses before i won that amount .cos I was just registered there for 2 weeks I didnt even know where to activate the bonusses ...I won 2100 eu went for a withdrawal and I got a mail talking about that I won this via a bonus and they said we calculated your winnings subtracted 1800 eu and you can withdraw 300 only and they strictly mentioned in their own email that I must withdraw that 300 otherwise all winnings on top of that 300 will be considered as bonus win and withdrawals will be subtracked again....guess what I couldn't also withdraw that money cos they said I didn't wager the right amount ...how can you win 2100 eu and still not wagered 100 eu deposit ...it was the worst online casino experience ever ...so winning at this casino is not possible...I can even publish all the mailings with you to expose these cheaters...stay away from this place their score is 2.7 ...which I think is also rated by their own trolls...

Absolutely scam. Honeslty - don’t trust this site!!! Pays out really well at first but they take it away from you and then when you try to withdraw the small amount you have left, they cancel it - around 7-8 times before you give up and play it all back - losing it all. With no bonuses like before

Great games and seems like a good place to gamble the issue is withdrawing funds I’ve been waiting a few days now to withdraw after 24 hours I’ve spoken to the live chat (on which they are really kind) and all they said is I can’t withdraw more then 1000 a day so I had to cancel it and I’ve tried to withdraw 1000. I am still waiting to be accepted. The chat say some one will be in touch with you in a few hours but this never happens. Am still waiting and will keep this updated hopefully I get my funds as I do like this sites games and will play again if I get my winnings fingers crossed and I will keep my comment updated.

After 3 days first withdrawal was a success Hopfully when i withdraw another 1000 it don’t take as long as this could be a long process

I’ve had 3 thousand now in withdrawals it’s been taking about a day to process as I can only do 1000 pound a time. I don’t get the bad reviews seems to be ok for me and I can’t stop winning will Keep updating.
And yes the comment from them was correct 8000 from 80 quid people will think this is fake I would if I’ve read this but yes that’s in my balance unreal. My friends are informed on this site as well and always had the chance to

Just so EVERYONE knows, this site is a scam, they redirect your deposits and its shows in your bank as a restaurant in the US. I’ve been asking for my account closing for 10 days and they keep saying it’s in a queue. Also anytime they get a bad review here, they close the page. I'm waiting on my winnings of 1400 which I won on an amazing 80p spin bonus!! Usually I do between £1 and 4 and sometimes I win a few hundred other times I don't but this bonus got all the way to X10 it was the most fun bonus I've ever had with my name in the winner list. The problem is they can't tell me when I'll get my money it's already been over 24 hours in this day and age that's poor. I like most the support staff. I enjoyed the site and the different games, games I'd have never played before was nice to get away from the usual big bass etc overall I like this site I'm just concerned and want my money.
