Phillip provided outstanding service when helping me book my ticket to Africa. He found me a great price and handled my multiple transfers with care and attention to detail. I really appreciated that he kept me informed in advance about a delay with one of my transfers it made the whole journey much less stressful.

He was outstanding during a stressful situation when I brought back a luggage that was not mine, He stayed calm, explained all my options clearly, and resolved the issue efficiently.
