Bought my car from CROYLAND
Great service from Ben Pugh who was professional and patient.
All the paperwork was easy and stress free

Just bought my skoda octavia from croyland motors and am very very pleased with it. I had a reasonable trade in price for my zafira. Ben, my salesman gave me time to have a good look over the skoda inside and out on my own. The service and transaction was very easy and quick. Ben's knowledge and helpfulness was second to none.
My wife will be after a new car next year and I won't hesitate to try croyland motors first.

I had been wanting a new car for a while, so when I saw the one I wanted at Croyland in Rushden I went to have a look. Ben pugh was the salesman who greeted me. I found his non-pushy demeanor very refreshing, so decided he would get my custom. Ben was very professional (actually had a sense of humour, rare these days) he explained everything very thoroughly and clearly. I have dealt with Croyland before and Ben did not let the great service down.

From the moment I walked in, Ben was absolutely amazing – the man could probably sell ice to a penguin, but in the good, genuinely helpful way. He advised me on everything from engines to extra features, and he explained it all in a way that even my goldfish could’ve understood.

He greeted me with a smile big enough to power a small village, and it never faded – not even when I asked him the same question three times (just to double check I sounded like I knew what I was doing).

Ben was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly knows his onions… and quite possibly the whole greenhouse too. If buying a car usually feels like a maze, Ben was basically Google Maps with better customer service.

I drove off feeling confident, well looked after, and definitely not swindled — which is pretty much the dream outcome when buying a car!

Good service, all paperwork completed without fuss. No pressure, quick easy process.

We had a great experience buying a Peugeot e-208 from this garage. Jamie Waller was really helpful. We loved that there were no pushy sales techniques. A fair price was agreed for my old car in the part exchange, and we love our new car.
I specifically like how Jamie charged the electric car up to full so that we could see it's full range on the test drive; my sister has bought an EV from a different (not as good) garage before, and they did not fully charge up the EV for her test drive, and she was disappointed to see that the range wasn't what she was expecting. I like how this wasn't concealed from us by Croyland.

The biggest scamers. I have pickup a Toyota Corrola on 9 Sep 2025 from them. After I have driven for 2 days the car it start to show many hidden issues, CarMegastore made me lose 2 days telling me they will fix the problems but at the end they didn't agree to pay to fix the car. Now they don't want to take the car back.According to them they can not accept the car back. According to Customer Rigths 2015 I can return the car when I want in the first 14 days with or without a reason.I have good reason to return the car as she has safety issues and another problems that they cost around £4000 to be fixed according to Toyota Northampton Service. Megastore doesn't want to pay for the fix and they don't want to accept the car back. Never recommend this dealer when you see the name CarMegastore Croyland run as far as you can .

Lynn and all the team have been amazing. I had a slight issue with the car that needed to be addressed by Vauxhall. Not only did they promptly sort this. Lynn sorted a car being delivered to my workplace and my car collected. No quibbles or anything. On return of my car, again promptly sorted delivered back to my work place today. Amazing communication throughout and nothing was to much trouble. Really happy and very grateful to all the team involved. Thank you

My whole car buying experience was amazing thanks to our sales assistant Charlie. We were able to explore all the cars we were interested in and picked one immediately after. There was no pressure, just helpful advice for what car was best suited to me. Even after I’d bought the car I was looked after well. I’m able to phone up or just show up and Charlie would go over and beyond to help me with my car. So glad I bought here!
