Arrived badly packaged with flimsy tissue paper (ripped) in a plastic bag. For a luxury product I would have expected much better. Sizing was very small, all in all the only good thing was the delivery time, it was prompt. Very disappointed with purchase.

It's a Christmas gift so cant comment yet but it was delivered in good time

Scarves are nice designs and good quality. However customer service never answer the phone nor do they return voicemails. In addition they give the impression in October that there will not be further sale ahead of Christmas and then discount further late Nov and mid Dec.

Great experience with customer services. Needed the cardigan for business trip and CS shipped overnight following my call to ensure I had the garment in time.

I bought the loveliest thin striped, fairly long turtleneck and I love wearing it, the look, the feel are perfect. Good customer service too.

Frustrated that I couldn't add another item to my shopping bag beyond a certain point so I then incur another £15.00 for carriage and use a whole lot more packaging.

I have quite a few cashmere jumpers, but those from „Crumpet“ are the softest and there is no pilling, which shows the high quality of this cashmere. I love it and I also recommended it to family and friends.

Thank goodness somebody makes high quality cashmere in beautiful fitted shapes. Why is high quality usually synonymous with Granny fit ? Such a dated ideal. This is where Crumpet differentiates itself. Cut & quality.
