Good value good communication quick delivery

Great company to work with, punctual and happy crew. Used them in some pretty cold and miserable weather conditions and they got on and grafted. I recommend them and will use again on future installations.

Easy to work, they do the job.

I first found the item I was looking for on Amazon but the supplier’s name (CRW Ltd) was shown so I tried their website. There I found the same item was slightly cheaper. I had one query sent by email and received the response 11 minutes later. Suitably impressed I placed the order finding the online ordering facility simple and efficient to use. Several payment options are offered and I chose a bank transfer on the assumption that the order would be processed faster. Their confirmation by email was Immediate and notification of the delivery arrangements quickly followed. I was really pleased (and pleasantly surprised) to receive the item the very next day.
This is my first experience with this company and I am impressed by their efficiency in all aspects, from customer query response, ease of online ordering and expediting order processing and delivery. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

Product and telephone support was great. Dropped a star due to website technical issue preventing placement of order online.
