Perfect service

Probably the worst customer experience of my life. Visited the glasnevin branch. Had paid online for car valet €26 for external wash and wax and Matt vacuum and wash and dashboard wash. Was told when I arrived that I would have to pay 50% more because there was a very small amount of green on the windows. I don't have pets or children in the car so it's really not that dirty. Manager refused refund. I argued with him for 5mins, eventually called my father (I'm a woman) and he agreed to do it immediately. Terrible job, finger prints all over the windows, windows covered in water stains, bird poop on the bonnet, he said it doesn't come off, I rubbed it off with my finger in front of him. He said ' if you want it done properly you need to pay more'. The manager said 'if you're not happy just don't come back' I Will never be back.

The quick external wash is a joke. The price was raised to £10 since I used it last time but the quality not worth £2. Stained windows, wheel arch, side sills poor job and some areas totally missed. Don't get me wrong I'll probably use it once or twice a year when in rush but won't be returning customer and be honest with my opinion

Great staff in Westport. Friendly and I got a prestige job done, my car looks like new. Left my BMW in at 9.00 for a full valet and it was ready at 3pm.
I have had it done locally in the past, but this valet was the best ans 40 euro cheaper. Wow.

Very bad job, Marshes, Dundalk. I asked for a mini valet. I pointed out a small stain on the passenger seat and he said he'd clean it for an extra €5. That was fine. But, he did a terrible job all round and charged me €65. I was stupid enough to trust him and even tipped hip. It seems he lightly vacuumed the interior, ran a duster over the interior missing lots of spots and didn't even clean the wheels properly which I noticed when I moved the car. He shined the outside of the tyres and dulled all my chrome. Overall a very bad, lazy job and I would never use them again.

Appalling company across multiple sites in Sydney NSW. First they scratch my car and deny it even though I have dashcam footage of it happening. Then as I'm on a monthly plan next time they take my $150 mercedes umbrella out and I do not realise they did not put it back in the boot till a week later when I go to use it. Check my dashcam again there's a video of them taking it out but not putting it back in. I then go back that saturday to go I want my Umbrella back and they refuse. Even one of their own staff tells me they would not trust Crystal car wash. As such Will never ever use such a bad car washing company again. if you value not getting your car scratched and not having your possession in the car stolen avoid these guys like the plague. Bondi and Rushcutters bay are the worst of their Sydney branches.

Pulled up and asked for the standard inside and outside wash.. $59! Expecting it to be thorough for that kind of money he then pointed to some dirt on the bonnet and said he would get this out with a clay bar treatment for around $100! This was literally just a bit of dirt and I said it should come out with even the lightest bit of elbow grease! Alas after a 3 min car wash and a quick vacuuming the dirt was still there and fingerprints and sand were still present in the vehicle. After mentioning this I was advised that this is what you get for the basic package.. made me so angry I had to drive away. If you want a clean car and don’t want to be ripped off steer well clear
