We service 14 specialties including carpet, rug, upholstery, mattress, tile & grout, vinyl/laminate floor cleaning, water damage restoration, window and gutter cleaning — with a focus on Melbourne's bayside and south-eastern suburbs including Frankston, Mornington Peninsula, Bentleigh, Chelsea and Cranbourne. A happy customer

This is the second time I've used Serage and Saydee. I've found them to be excellent communicators and very reasonable in price.

They moved furniture, and gave me advice about when to put it back without damaging my carpet. The work done was thorough leaving my carpets clean and renewed. I will be using them again.

Long time, happy customers 


Our kindergarten has been using Crystal Clean for our twice yearly steam clean for many years (it would be close to a decade).
Saydee and Serage are prompt, responsive and professional, from the booking process to the final product.
I would not hesitate to recommend them for any steam cleaning service.

I highly recommend Crystal Clean Carpet & Tiles. They are reliable, professional, and very easy to book. Serage and Saydee are both friendly, approachable, and a pleasure to deal with. They consistently arrive on time, deliver excellent results, and offer very reasonable pricing. I also use their services through my business, and they are highly flexible, working seamlessly around my schedule and job sites. I would not hesitate to use them again.
