Trophy was extremely high quality and came out even better than I expected. They did charge me for extra logos even though I did everything myself and gave them an image with everything on it. Even without that though it would still have been very expensive.

The website was easy to work with once I figured it out. The order was filled exactly as I wanted and the turnaround was excellent! Customer service was better than almost all other companies I have worked with. I will order again from CrystalPlus!

The crystal award is perfect. The design, the timing of production, and the cost made this the best product I could have used. I will be a returning customer.

The experience was great. I was happy with the product; however, there was a CrystalPlus sticker on it, and it was not easy to take off all the leftovers once it peeled. I don't advise this to happen again.
There were some minor scratches to it that probably happened during handling, but it doesn't take too much away from it.

I have to say I have ordered so many items from this company. Hundreds of dollars worth. Multiple orders. I called while the order was going into production because I wanted to add an ornament and remove one letter from another one. I was told i would be charged $30 fee for that. You think having ordered so many times from them they would work with you one time. Nope. There is no customer loyalty. I will be looking for a new company to provide the goods. I will say the items I have ordered have been beautiful but if you need customer service you will pay greatly for it.

Terrible experience with customer service and there are no managers on site. And they won't give you the name of the person who is supposed to call you back.
If you have custom artwork and a tight deadline, you might want to partner with another company.

Ordered an award it came in two pieces at the end of 2022. I placed a second order for the same piece 4 months later but asked if they could attach the base to make it one piece. I was then told that the bases are attached. I then told them that my base was not attached on my first order. They then proceeded to tell me I could spend my time and money and ship the first purchased award back to them and they would fix. I asked to speak to a manager. I explained to the manager that I should not have to pay to send the award back for them to fix a mistake/missed step on their part. The manager said if I would have told them within 48 hrs they would have fixed their mistake and not made me pay to send it back. I disagree and believe now that I have spent almost $300 with them they should stand behind their product but most importantly when they skip a step in their manufacturing process not make my pay to fix their mistake! I will not use them again.

I will certainly do business with Crystal in the future. The are professional, efficient and their communication is excellent. But most of all the crystal clock I bought as a gift is absolutely beautiful.

The awards we received were as pictures, high quality, and shipped with no damages. Inscriptions were accurate to their design mockups.

The ordering experience was wonderful and customer friendly. There was a very quick turnaround once the proof was approved. I received my order in less than a week and it is absolutely beautiful!

CyrstalPlus was super easy to work with. We had previously been using another Company to create our annual award and they eliminated the design we had. CrystalPlus had a large selection and we were able to find something similar to what we were previously ordering. We simply uploaded our image, provided the wording, and they sent a proof that was great on the first go. The whole process was quick and the finished product is exactly what we needed.
