Great quality, super high pricing

Trophy was extremely high quality and came out even better than I expected. They did charge me for extra logos even though I did everything myself and gave them an image with everything on it. Even without that though it would still have been very expensive.

Great experience

The website was easy to work with once I figured it out. The order was filled exactly as I wanted and the turnaround was excellent! Customer service was better than almost all other companies I have worked with. I will order again from CrystalPlus!

Good with some minor issues

The experience was great. I was happy with the product; however, there was a CrystalPlus sticker on it, and it was not easy to take off all the leftovers once it peeled. I don't advise this to happen again.
There were some minor scratches to it that probably happened during handling, but it doesn't take too much away from it.

I have to say I have ordered so many


I have to say I have ordered so many items from this company. Hundreds of dollars worth. Multiple orders. I called while the order was going into production because I wanted to add an ornament and remove one letter from another one. I was told i would be charged $30 fee for that. You think having ordered so many times from them they would work with you one time. Nope. There is no customer loyalty. I will be looking for a new company to provide the goods. I will say the items I have ordered have been beautiful but if you need customer service you will pay greatly for it.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your recent experience.

To clarify, the proof approval process is in place to ensure that you are satisfied with your final proof before it is put into production. Unfortunately, once an order is approved and moved to the production stage, we can no longer make changes to the order without pulling it from the production queue. As our engraving process is very labor-intensive with a quick turnaround time, the materials and products will have all been prepared for engraving at this point. The $30 fee is to cover the production costs, labor, materials, and time required to start this process over again, including updating the proof to reflect the changes to your quantity and designs.

Terrible experience with customer


Terrible experience with customer service and there are no managers on site. And they won't give you the name of the person who is supposed to call you back.
If you have custom artwork and a tight deadline, you might want to partner with another company.

We specialize in custom artwork and a quick production turnaround time of 3 business days after proof approval, and offer multiple shipping options as we work with you meet your due date. However, due to the inherent nature of custom artwork, it may take some time to adjust the artwork proof to ensure total customer satisfaction while meeting our engraving standards, as well as produce your engraved pieces through our labor-intensive production process. I will not use them again!! Ordered an award it came in two pieces


Ordered an award it came in two pieces at the end of 2022. I placed a second order for the same piece 4 months later but asked if they could attach the base to make it one piece. I was then told that the bases are attached. I then told them that my base was not attached on my first order. They then proceeded to tell me I could spend my time and money and ship the first purchased award back to them and they would fix. I asked to speak to a manager. I explained to the manager that I should not have to pay to send the award back for them to fix a mistake/missed step on their part. The manager said if I would have told them within 48 hrs they would have fixed their mistake and not made me pay to send it back. I disagree and believe now that I have spent almost $300 with them they should stand behind their product but most importantly when they skip a step in their manufacturing process not make my pay to fix their mistake! I will not use them again.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your product. We have taken a look at your case and would like to clarify the issue.

The product that you selected is a two-piece plaque consisting of the top glass, which is flat and engraved, and a bottom glass base with aluminum brackets. The top glass slides into the metal brackets of the base and can be removed. Since we are not the manufacturers of this product, there were no missed steps in the manufacturing process - this is just how the product is designed. We are only responsible for the engraving.

For some items, we are sometimes able to attach separate pieces together upon request, before the order moves to the production status. We encourage our customers to reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving their package in case there are any issues with the order; however, we sometimes extend this policy for up to 2 weeks as a courtesy. Unfortunately, since we were not made aware of any issues with your initial order at the time it was completed, and since the time frame to address any issues with the order has now passed by over 3 months, we are unable to provide complimentary shipping to accommodate your request.

In regards to your inquiry, there was initially a miscommunication about the product that you were inquiring about and the incorrect information was provided to you, but our records show that we reached out to you to provide the correct information as soon as we were able.

CrystalPlus had a large selection and we were able to find something similar to what we were previously ordering. We simply uploaded our image, provided the wording, and they sent a proof that was great on the first go. The whole process was quick and the finished product is exactly what we needed.
