We had an amazing trip away to Disneyland Paris, crystal sky travel was very helpful and knowledgeable about the parks and the hotels around the area, they got us an amazing price with everything included and was always on the end of the phone checking to see if everything was OK and to see if we were happy with everything that had been arranged and planned, they even checked to see if we had arrived on time and that the transfers were comfortable and on time, I will definitely be using this company again.

We used c crystal sky travels for our family holiday to Egypt and from the moment I booked they was on the other end of the phone with any concerns or worries they booked exactly what we asked for and as a family of ten they did fantastic we did have an issue with a transfer when we got to Egypt to which they refunded me the money we paid to get us to the hotel they also contacted the company for us to make sure this didn’t happen on our return journey they was very good and will be using them again for our next holiday

Everything was spot on from start to finish, all transfers that Eddie arranged ran smoothly and hotels all well placed for what we needed.
Eddie was a superstar even getting us home with no issues after our flight was cancelled due to the problems in the middle East and no cost to us whatsoever.
