Have spent many years in the construction industry, so when it was time to get my own loft conversion done I had several "General builders" that I knew that I could call upon .... However they are "General for a reason" and were either prohibitively expensive or did not possess the specialist skills required for my awkward loft. We gave up on the idea untill a chance meeting with Richard and within half an hour he assured us that a conversion was definitely possible, things moved quickly from there and the build started 2 weeks later and took less than 10 weeks at a price that was incredibly reasonable. We have completed the decorating now and are very happy with the results. The main team were great and the supporting trades were all friendly, aminable and tidy with all work to a good standard. Thanks again to Richard Sam and all of the CS team, highly recommended. .........
The moral is if you want brain surgery you don't go to a gp ...... if you want a loft , go to a specialist......

CS Lofts have completed our loft conversion recently. They were understanding when we delayed our decision late last year, and were able to accommodate us when we wanted to proceed.

The work started quickly and moved very fast. Within 2 weeks the shall was up. The builders worked hard and stayed later to ensure deadlines were met. We cannot fault the work ethic.

The plastering, plumping and carpentry were all done efficiently. There was a couple of snags throughout the process, but these were fixed quickly.

We did have to move out for a week or so while the stairs were being installed and the resultant mess, but this was a personal choice, with 2 small children it felt easier.

Richard and Louise were quick in communicating times etc.

Overall, very happy with the service and would recommend and use again.

We chose to go with CS Lofts for our conversion as a number of people on our road had gone with them and spoke very highly of them. We weren't disappointed. From the start we felt supported as they helped us negotiate some tricky planning obstacles with our local council. Once planning permission was approved things started moving quickly. We were very impressed at the speed of the work and the quality of the workmanship. There was minimal disruption and the crew were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. All the external trades people that CS used were also of a very high standard. Would def recommend.

Really impressed by the speed with which CS Lofts worked. Friendly and accommodating workers, particularly impressed by the two guys that carried out the main construction also the plasterers and the roofers, etc. Liked the fact that CS Lofts specialize solely in loft conversions and that their quote is fully inclusive.

We had an absolutely first class experience getting our loft built by Richard's team. It moved along smoothly and quickly, partly due to some good luck with timings and weather but we'll take it! Every person that contributed to the job was punctual, polite, hard working, and clearly experts in their field. We are delighted. Thanks to all.
