One of the worst sites i have ever played on. Withdrew today like few hundred dollars. my withdraw didnt came through so I made ticket about it, mods told me to wait for Admins and now Im waiting like 20 hours for few hundred $.

The Site itself feels like rigged sometimes, very bad rewarding system, admin sometimes make new account give himself balance and he snipes leaderboards.

Good rewards but scam site

I have been playing on CsBattle.com for a little over a year now and throughout my time playing there I can say that I have never had a more responsive and understanding support team that swiftly handles any issues that I have had. Not that there has been many. One of the few sites that takes individual users and their experience into consideration. With multiple fun game modes, and on top of that having instant deposits and instant withdraws in various cash/crypto and skin methods, I would recommend the site to anyone who is looking for a site that rewards and looks after its users.

They block your account when you try to withdraw funds. There are heaps of rules designed solely to prevent you from withdrawing money and to get your account blocked. Support takes a long time to respond often over 30 minutes and shows no willingness to properly resolve issues; they completely brush off any problems related to funds. The game rules state that the balance holds no monetary value, so at any moment, they can claim your balance is just a set of numbers and refuse to pay out anything—in short, the site is a scam!

I've been playing on this site for a while, depositing and risking my money on its game modes. I won and lost, but after some time, my account was permanently suspended. I asked the moderators for an explanation, and they said, "There's no reason for your ban, but we can't lift it." I spoke with the site owner, and he said the same thing: "We can't unban you." Their rules state, "We can ban you without prior notice and without explanation." In short, they kept the money I left on this site. If the site sees you're winning frequently, they ban you without explanation. When I lost $1,000, nothing happened, but when I was winning for a while, they simply ban me without any reason. I have proof, and I recommend you don't play this if you think it will solve your problems.

Horrible horrible site. Deposited money just fine.. no problem with deposits.. But when it comes to withdrawls, NOT A CHANCE. Sooo, its just another scammy shitty site. would NOT recommend as its not possible to withdraw money you've won.

i used the site only once but it worked perfectly i deposited 2 coins worth about 1.5$ i won 7$ tried to withdraw but u have to have atleast deposited 10 coins in the last 10 days after i deposited 10 coins wort about 7-8$ the cashout worked perfectly and it arrived INSTANTLY i won over 41$ and i was able to withdraw it there is just a bit of a wager but else its really good! i recommend it

Poor customer service. Takes incredible long to get an answer from Admin, just to get no useful help afterwards

They will do ANYTHING to withhold your money. I deposited while being self excluded, and was not allowed a refund. Nothing restricted me from depositing, but i could not spend the balance either.

I can see today that the balance is fake aswell, the value it holds is 0, while the "number" still stays. I can't tip anyone or the rain to be kind. They just stole my money lol. Stay away from this site, and play somewhere else instead!

They also remove negative reviews. Red flag

Absolute scam, Will let you win then you try to withdraw and they lock your account for kyc. I have not played on this site with another account and its being denied!

Horrible site for withdrawing. I've tried twice to withdraw a 500 dollar knife and a 1.1k dollar knife and everytime they deny it and they blame their provider. Don't play on here if you want skins. Crypto is good.

Deposited $150 using giftcards, won and tried withdrawing $180 ($30 profit haha). I KYC'ed and repeating myself again, deposited using GIFTCARDS. When trying to withdraw I got an error that withdrawal could not be processed and that I need to contact support. So thats what I did. 30 Hours, still no proper reply or explanation why is this happening. Took 14 hours for their "admin" to reply that it is because of multiple failed credit card deposits. Wonder why? Because they payment system does not even work. You cannot even enter the page. So how does this correlate? They are holding my withdrawal for no reason. I deposited using giftcards, not credit card, and they are refusing to process my withdrawal because of failed credit card deposits when I literally deposited with giftcards. Support keeps ignoring me. Also funny that, when I mentioned in the chat that my withdrawal was not processed I got muted, so I guess that is their scummy strategy to profit of not only people who lose, but also who win. Also worth to mention that their site does NOT have a trustworthy provably fair and also has 10% house edge which is diabolical. If you want to waste your time disputing your charges after your withdrawal does not get processed, this site is for you. I bet 100% if you deposit with crypto they will still find some bullshit why not to process withdrawal for you. I was dumb to play here, it is 2026 there are plenty transparent sites with instant withdrawals.

Soo I accidentally logged into my other steam account that i dont have kyc done but the major thing is that they dont care and they dont give a warning until you deposited the money but when you try do withdraw OH then you must do it and then BOOM your money is gone and the site plays dumb and tells you that they cant do anything about it NO warnings on depositing just yanking the money WHAT A SCAM OF A SITE 😂

One of the worst sites when it comes to support time, lossback, rewards etc. The support team will take over 30 minutes to respond sometimes just to not issue lossback when down hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Not to mention the 10% house edge on games like upgrader. Also very unproffesional when it comes to partenships and content creation

They are refusing both withdrawal and refund, saying that I used the platform despite being from a restricted region, even though they fully allowed me to do so.

I was allowed to register, deposit money, and use the site without any issues. I played normally and even won some funds. However, when I tried to withdraw my balance, my account was suddenly blocked because my region (Romania) is supposedly restricted.

The problem is that this restriction was never enforced when I signed up or deposited money. I was only blocked at the withdrawal stage, which feels extremely misleading and unfair.

On top of that, the support experience was disappointing. The agent “Gunslingers” was not helpful at all and only repeated standard responses without actually addressing the issue.

This looks like a clear case of allowing users to deposit and play, but preventing them from withdrawing when they win.

I have all the proof of this interaction and will be pursuing further action.

Be very careful if you are thinking of using this site.

Le support KYC est catastrophique. Les admins mettent un temps énorme à répondre, juste pour tout rejeter sans explication claire. J’ai pourtant joué de manière totalement légitime, mais rien n’est accepté.

En plus de ça, ils bloquent 300 USD sans aucune négociation ni solution proposée. Aucune transparence, aucun effort pour aider le client.

Je déconseille fortement ce site.

The support for KYC sucks. Admins take forever just to reject everything. I played legitimately and still wont accept anything.

Newer to the site but absolutely love it. From the UI to the range of games you can play. The battles haveing borrow and great selections of cases for them make it my go to site! Withdraws are instant and the community is very welcoming

i really like this site i think its very fair and has good odds vvery transparent and very active when it comes to free money and support
