Based on your review, it seems like you did not provide all the requested information to complete your KYC and therefore the refund was issued instead. Usually, refunds are done within 14 days, just as you were told; the delay can only occur on the side of your bank -so it is advised to contact it for clarification on the status of the refund. Your account was blocked due to the exploitation of incorrect item prices, which resulted in an unfair balance gain. This violates our platform's rules, and we had to take action to protect fair users.

We also ask you to contact our support team again, as we have rechecked the case. So far, we have had no instances of accounts with a 40k$ balance being blocked. This claim sounds questionable, but we would still like to verify it.

This could happen if users who generated referral income were invited in a fraudulent manner or in violation of the referral system requirements. There should be no other reasons for such an operation.
