Complaint Regarding Deposit Issue and Unresponsive Support
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and frustration with the recent deposit issue I encountered on your platform. Yesterday night, I deposited 444.23 USD using the TRC20 method to the wallet address displayed on your website. However, I noticed that the coins were not credited to my account.
Upon contacting your support team, I was informed that the payment is being processed and will be fixed soon. However, after 15 hours, your support team reached out to me, stating that I had sent the funds to the wrong wallet address, and therefore, the money was not delivered to your platform. I find this claim to be unjustified, as I am confident that I sent the funds to the exact wallet address provided on your website.
When I provided the required wallet ID and transfer hashes to support my claim, your chat support representatives stated that it was not their fault and stopped responding to my inquiries. This lack of assistance and resolution is highly unprofessional and disappointing.
I kindly request that you look into this issue and provide a proper resolution. I expect my funds to be reimbursed or the equivalent coins to be credited to my account as soon as possible. If necessary, I am willing to provide any additional information or proof required to facilitate the resolution of this matter.
Please acknowledge the receipt of this complaint and provide a timeline for the resolution of this issue. I appreciate your urgent attention to this matter, as it involves a significant amount of money and has caused me considerable distress.

I tried to withdraw multiple times and…
I tried to withdraw multiple times and the p2p system was "suddenly overwhelmed". Then i tried to make a different trade. Still not working. Then the support answered friendly that steam not working properly and nothin happened. In my opinion its a sort of Manipulation and leads to more gamble addiction.
But otherwise the support is fast and you get what you expect on this site thats for sure.
I think its trustworthy itself.
Still i see some scamming or market manipulating tactis.
Be carefull with gambling and only have fun on this site, if needed
