Loved the hassle free process

Made my second purchase this year

Made my second purchase this year. I had ordered a license last year and they delivered it in time, plus it worked well!
I was initially worried about the website potentially not being genuine. But yes, they are genuine with good service staff as well. But make sure you understand what you are buying and know how to install/activate the licenses.

You can trust Cspkart for Microsoft Office Subscription

My microsoft office subscription was due, and i googled to buy online. I usually buy it from amazon but then I saw that it was cheaper with Cspkart. I first called and asked them if they have the subscription in stock, and if they can email me the key ASAP. They said yes. I also saw positive reviews on Trustpilot. So i took a chance. After i paid for it online, I received the key in my email within an hour. Was able to renew my subscription on the same day without any problem and save some one money.

Kinda made me worry a little

Kinda made me worry a little, cuz according to them I should have received the code within 1hr, but it took me around 6. That's the only reason I'm giving it a 4. Otherwise, the code was working, no problems with accessing the key

The wrong product was delivered, but corrected the error the next day

The wrong product was delivered. It took 12+ hours for CSPKART to respond over WhatsApp.
The good is that the wrong product was taken back and the right product was delivered the next day.
Keeping customers at peace by delivering the right product the 1st time is important.
