CTD have a great selection of tiles at good prices. Andy always helps me out (as do others) in finding the right tile for the job I'm working on. When looking for a non slip tile for a shower room Andy & his colleague went above & beyond in helping make sure it was exactly what I wanted! Thanks guys

Nadeem and Andy were cheerful and most helpful in taking my order for tiles today. A great selection to choose from and great staff as well. Went home a happy man! Well recommended.

Probably the best selection of floor tiles in Crawley at competitive prices and we have been to them all Great helpful team in store and we ended up with exactly what we wanted. Andy in store was particularly helpful.

CTD Crawley is a great store,never been let down when needing materials,as for the men running the store Neville /Andy/Indie/and the new lad always very friendly and helpful ,

Andy was always helpful and friendly. The expert knowledge was very helpful. We would always come back to CTD due to this and the competitive pricing.
All staff at the Crawley branch are very friendly and professional. Makes for a good atmosphere.

Ordered tiles online and delivery came from Crawley. The delivery was fine (except they nearly left the wrong pallet). Tiles are great.
My problem is I have 3 boxes left over which I was told could be collected. I filled out the online collection form and have now spoken to about seven different people who all say the same. We'll look into it and get back to you. I'm phoning on a daily basis now. Collection was requested on 23rd July. I was told today to return them myself and being 70 and unable to lift the tiles I find challenging. Why offer a service if you have no intention of providing it?

Went to the store yesterday, Andy was a lovely man who let me have a free tile to take with me to see if it worked in our kitchen. When I went back to the store he was so helpful, kind and understanding. He took the titles to the car also wrapped them up. He is a credit to the company.

Great company , was able to get hold of the same tiles I laid 8 years ago for an extension to previous job , saved me so much time and money

Great service from the staff. I found the tile I wanted for cheaper elsewhere so they price matched it for me. I was so pleased because I really wanted to buy from CTD as service level is so good and the staff are super helpful and very willing to offer friendly advice.

My mum and I went into the store yesterday to look for floor and wall tiles for a bathroom, and floor tiles for a kitchen. With such a huge choice on display, we asked the advice of both Henry and Indiana. These two guys were incredibly knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. The store was really busy, and there were just the two of them, barely able to catch their breath. Henry even came off of his lunch break to help with the number of customers.
My mum left the store very happy with her tiles ordered. The customer service these two young men displayed is a real credit to the company.

I attended CTD in Crawley yesterday and found Indiana extremely courteous and very helpful. He resolved situation efficiently with excellent customer service.
I am afraid I can't say the same for his older colleague whose name I unfortunately did not get

Beautiful tiles which I ordered online and collected in store. It was ready for collection well within five days. Was served by a young man who was extremely knowledgeable, personable and helpful in the Crawley branch.

Went to various different tile shops before stepping into CDT and was blown away not only by the quality of tiles and great pricing but more importantly the customer service. Indy personally helped me with great advice on picking the perfect tile for my bathroom project and could not have been more helpful.

Recently bought some bathroom tiles from the Crawley store. All the staff in there were extremely helpful and very accommodating. Henry in particular was great, and helped me several times with checking other stores for the tiles I was after, and was really flexible. I would definitely come back here in the future, as I know I will get a great product and service.

Henry at Crawley branch once again was so very helpful. In my confusion he worked out exactly what trim I actually needed. Sadly they did not sell the anthracite colour I needed so purchased elsewhere but would have loved to give him the business. So polite and helpful.
