Excellent Quality and Service
Bought floor and wall tiles from Preston branch and both Chris and Adam have both been excellent. Made a few changes to order quantities, re-ordered same items and Chris and Adam were extremely helpful. Quality of tiles are great. Another order due to be placed in next few months. Would recommend.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service from both Chris and Adam.
Really helpful from choosing the tiles, picking a grout colour and easy delivery. No quibbles when returning full boxes as I'd over ordered.

Staff team are simply lovely. Stock range and prices are very competitive. This combination is a winning formula to retain my loyalty as a customer on a major property refurbishment.

The staff at the Preston store were very helpful and patient. I went in with no idea what I wanted but came away very happy. The tiles look fantastic in my new bathroom. Definitely recommend

Highly recommended
I can highly recommend CDT tiles. Excellent service from first visit to delivery. Very impressive customer service from Chris , Lee and Alex - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and nothing too much trouble.
Good range of products and very competitive pricing. We spent months looking for the perfect tiles for a bathroom and kitchen and were delighted to find them here. .
Will definitely be returning for our next project.

Ctd provides the best service for trade of any retailer I've used. The distribution aspect is key to their ability to provide that service which is so essential to traders like myself. Along with willing, knowledgeable staff and a can-do attitude I've found over the years, that ctd is simply a problem-free source for all of my requirements.

I had an excellent experience with CTD Preston
I had an excellent experience with CTD tiles, Lee was incredibly helpful and took me through all available options and delivery in detail.
My order was delivered by George, who was the most professional and courteous delivery driver I have ever met. He was very pleasant and went above and beyond to ensure all of my requirements were met.
Both Lee and George are incredible assets to CTD, an absolute pleasure to deal with and extremely helpful. Thank you!

I am a Preston based bathroom installer and Chris and the team are my local go-to tile and accessories supplier. They are always helpful and efficient and provide an excellent service taking care of my customers, helping them through the process of choosing their tiles ready for their new bathroom installation.

Excellent service and advice from a…
Excellent service and advice from a friendly and professional team. Chris, Lee and Alex were brilliant with helping me choose wall and floor tiles and sorting samples.
Chris even sent photos of different trim with my tile choice when I changed my mind and did want the trim! It was all added to my existing tile delivery which was delivered when they said it would be. I'll be back next year when I do my utility and 2nd bathroom.

Great choice and super service
We'd been struggling to find tiles we could all agree on for two bathrooms in our house. We were very impressed with the range on offer here and actually found two tiles we could all agree on (not easy with forty something parents and teens!) Chris was attentive and gave us time to browse at our leisure. We popped in a couple of days later to place the order and Lee was very helpful in working out how many boxes to order. Delivery was very swift and all in order. I was kept informed at all points in the process. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to others. Thank you Chris and Lee.

Amazing customer service, popped in from a recommendation by a friend to view some tiles on behalf of my mother. Couldn't have done enough for us, even went to the extent of ordering us some testers to take home. Thank you Chris and Carl!!!
