We ordered from the website, which was easy, it had just what we wanted. We opted to collect from store as it was just one box. The store staff were very good, but there did seem to be a hole in the information they had access to; things weren't as smooth as one would expect. Still, the tiles are in good order, no breaks, chips or scratches. We'd happily buy again.

We ordered and collected bathroom tiles from the Whetstone branch and were very impressed by the range on display, which gave us ideas for our project.

We also received very good service from Micky, who was knowledgable and gave good advice regarding colour matching. Also a thank you to Jake who helped us with loading on collection and gave us helpful advice on grouting and aftercare.

I recently visited the store to purchase tiles for my kitchen, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jake. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the different types of tiles available. Jake took the time to understand my needs and preferences, offering expert advice on the best options for my kitchen. I'm delighted to share my positive experience with Jake. His personable approach and extensive knowledge made my bathroom renovation a breeze. He guided me in finding the perfect tiles, turning a potentially overwhelming task into a seamless and enjoyable process. Highly recommend Jake for his expertise and excellent customer service - I’m so glad I decided to stop off here to have a look at what they had to offer.

Jake also recommended a tiler to perform the work for us, so I’ll be back with an update once work commences and the bathroom is complete.

This week I have been in and out of CTD in Whetstone, North London, I rarely write reviews but was motivated to do so as they were a pleasure to visit, the service was polite, helpful and humorous, I couldn't fault them. Despite changing my mind and turning up as they were closing they were completely understanding. They gave invaluable advice and made what has been a pretty intense and stressful few months of kitchen re-build/renovation surprisingly enjoyable and entertaining. Thank you Jake and Jay!

Cannot recommend CTD Whetstone enough. Picking tiles can be overwhelming but Jake made the process an absolute dream. Very nice and extremely helpful. He walked me through all the tiles and what would be best to suit my needs as opposed to just trying to get me to buy anything. He went over and above throughout the whole process and even when I came back needed a couple more tiles, Jake managed to get something sorted instantly. Absolute pleasure to work with and I'll be telling all my friends and family to come here for all their tiling needs. Thanks Jake and Merry Christmas!

Excellent customer service from Jake. I visited the shop twice and was lucky enough to have Jake's help. He was friendly and approachable. He was very genuine and willing to help. He had good knowledge of the tiles and other products I asked about. He was very attentive, good at making suggestions (which was a great help to me), he gave great advice and he was very reassuring. He is a great asset to the shop.

Micky the branch manager, was superb from the first minute listening to requirements, to ordering the tiles and even sorted out issues with damaged tiles in transit from Italy and reordered them without any issues.

She even recommended a fab tiler Leo, who did a fantastic job installing floor/wall tiles in my new bathroom.

I will be purchasing from CTD again in the future.

What an amazing young man Jake is, he draws the customers into the shop and talks with great honesty and experience. I can see Jake running one of your shops very soon. He was reassuring with all the queries and concerns that i had, he answered all my questions and gave me a lot of advice. Head office should be very proud of this young man.

What an amazing lady micky your store manager is, dealing with 2 / 3 people at a time plus answering the phone woo . Never showing she is in anyway under pressure 5 stars if I could I would give 10 star amazing hold her with 2 hands she is like gold dust something you don't find everyday plus her honesty with who ever come in to CTD .I travel 2 hours and have been doing this from June till know all because of the care and welcome I get when opening the store door thank you so much micky your 1 special lady xox
