Just had our conservatory roof and double glazing fitted by Gary and Scott from CTG. They were very professional in their job as the previous roof wasn't fit for purpose and they had to overcame various problems such as levels with the construction of the new roof and double glazing. I would recommend CTG to other people for home improvements.

i ve had nothing but issues with my french doors and windows provided by ctg since installation. The french doors fitted four years ago, have never aligned and had to have repeated visits or the doors to close. I ve recently tried to have the lock fixed but are now being told I need to pay for the lock, despite it never woked properly due to the misalignment.

I had a window installed last year and only one year later again it wouldn't close and had to have the lock changed.

The customer service is appalling, and I ve tried to log a complaint but told by my local office I need to log it myself with Britannia.

We absolutely love our new windows. Everthing went well from start to finish. The fitters were amazing, very friendly and easy to get along with. Their attention to detail was second to none, supplying a great finish with extra trim where needed to give the windows that polished look. All the old windows were taken away, and they cleaned and tidied up after themselves leaving the house in a good state. A great service and friendly people to deal with. Very highly recommended A+++++

Just had another window supplied by CTG. The whole process has been straightforward with an installation booked well in advance.
On the day the two installers, Gary and Scott, arrived exactly as scheduled and carried out the work without delay. They were friendly and very helpful giving some useful advice on maintenance. Hope to get the same guys for our next purchase,

Windows fitted January 2026. They were faulty, no sound or heat insulation, sash windows get stuck in open position and unable to close. Windows do not fit the frames. Customer service and aftercare is atrocious. Do not pay anything upfront. Or just don’t use this company. Very disappointed.

The admin team made sure I was kept in the loop at all times and the fitters were pleasant, considerate, and efficient. They all did a great job. Great quality at an affordable price. I would definitely recommend.

I have had the entire house double glazed, a big job, some of it somewhat complicated, but expertly carried out by the CTG teams. I am delighted with the standard of work and would happily recommend CTG. Efficient and friendly. Ten out of ten.

Very professional job. Quality product. Staff very friendly and helpful. Steve who made the initial visit was excellent. Fitters Gary and Scott did a super job. They were friendly and communicative throughout the fitting. Very nest and tidy and added the finishing job to make the windows look top drawer. Would recommend.

The windows were ready much quicker than we expected. The fitters were really friendly, knowledgeable and happy to explain all of the stages to me. They advised me on what to do next with our plasteboarding and cleaned up well after the job. I would definitely recommend CTG.

A good experience from start to finish: straightforward survey and planning, we didn't have to wait too long, and installers Gary & Scott were excellent: great attention to detail, polite, helpful. Would definitely use this company again, thank you to everyone involved.

Very easy process from first contact to installation. Installers were very friendly, considerate, and helped with our cat flap! Would recommend.

Living by the coast most properties are subject to all weathers and I thought it necessary to replace my front door which had 20 years of Cornish weather chucked at it.
Finding a local trader was a must as there experience was most important to me.

Andy came to install a new door. The job turned into a much more difficult installation than anyone expected. Andy went above and beyond in getting the problems sorted out and remained polite, friendly and professional throughout. I was impressed with the effort he went to to rectify the glitches! Really happy with our new windows and the service from CTG! Steve who came out to quote us was lovely and really helpful, showing us lots of great options which helped us to visualise what our windows would look like. Our installers Casey & Ian were really friendly and efficient and have done a wonderful job of fitting our windows - we’re so pleased with them!

I ordered a new front door from CTG having accepted a good quote from them. The lead time was as promised, and they answered my query about fitting a door knocker straight away.
The fitters were Casey and Ian, who were cheerful, professional and fast workers. Unfortunately, having taken out the old door and frame, when they unwrapped the new door, they noticed a small nick in the frame, and so immediately ordered a replacement. This meant that the new door had to be fitted on a temporary basis, but they came back this week with the new frame and carried the work out very tidily. Excellent service.
