Total scam!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD AYTHINGFROMTHISCOMPANY!!!
I downloaded and used the app {picmagic} once only they charged me 10 pence for a useless old photo enhancement, the following day my bank informed me that this company had tried to withdraw £49.99....!!! I did not ask to be subscribed to this app as it was ment to be a one off payment of £0.10 for the photo and that's was all !!!! NOT ... THEY TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES TO ENTER ME INTO A £49.99 MONTH SUBSCRIPTION!!!!!
thankfully my bank are on point with this type of scam ... please do not use this company or any app by them. They also use different names and variations to catch people out.. please be vigilant.

Be very aware!! I used these to retouch an old photo on my phone to look new. They took 0.10p out my bank via google which was fine, however, the next day they attempted to take £49.00! I blocked it with my bank and noticed they'd signed me up for a pro subscription without informing me what so ever.

MASSIVE SCAM. AVOID.

It's a Scam!!! I never signed up for anything with PicMagic and they started charging my debit card. I had to close my card down and that is such a hassle!!!

Have never knowingly signed up to this and yet they keep trying to take money out if my bank. As far as I know I had never heard of them untill my bank alerted me . I think it's a scam

Asked for just £0.10 to improve a picture then without any authorisation, without consent, or any prior knowledge, took £49.90 the next day. Big scam and have reported to my bank.

Web site called Picmagic.co (asso iated with Ctool.ai) charged me .10 cents to enhance an old photo. Then next day charged me $49.90 monthly subscription without informing me. I called the bank and they said since the transaction is still pending they cannot intervene until it is posted. The bank gave me a 888 number to call, which was disconnected. The next day I logged into my ctool account and cancelled my subscription. Ctool issued a credit of $24.90. The enhanced photo was of poor quality. I will call the bank again to recover the remainder of the unauthorized subscription.

It's a scam. They charge 10p for a service in order to get your details and then sometime later (30 days in my case) they change £49.90 to your card

Used this to change images to PDF's for 10p which was great but seems that they put you on a subscription for £49.60 without telling you. So avoid avoid avoid.

I've had a photo since the 80s of me blurred and have seen the wonders of the internet as they've managed to unblur photos some of which were stunning.
Armed with this idea I searched Google and came up with this online business charging only 10p for their services. I uploaded the photo and paid the due monies. After a 5 or so minute gap while I guessed the magic was happening you're given the result of their hard work. Absolute rubbish. It was worse than what I initially sent them. I closed down the page in disgust and thought no more of it.
Meanwhile some 24 hours later my phone pinged to tell me those kind fellows had relieved me of another £49.90!
I've been in touch with my credit card company and filed a complaint. Still awaiting the outcome. KEEP WELL CLEAR

Used an app to change a photo into an artwork, illustration. Charged me 10p. Today £49.99 transaction from the same payment details. Clearly fraud. Thankfully my bank intervened.

They're trying to get money out of my account every few weeks after I tried it. Please leave my money alone and I don't want your app or you trying to get money from me

Ctool.ai is full of shit, they take money without using the app, you just open it and the next they they charge you a lot of moneys

Y'know those nerds who read all the small print? Yeah, that's me. And I read the small print, the privacy policy, the terms of use, the cookie policy, and anything else I happened to come across.

And wouldn't you know it, there was *NOTHING* about £49.90 being charged 24 hours after purchasing one (poorly-enhanced) image for £0.10.

An absolute scam. Do not spend even 10p with them - especially since the picture was so colossally shit that I didnt bother keeping it!
