Thank you Leatherhead branch
We brought a house through Cubitt & West dealing with the Leatherhead office. While our assigned sales progressor (who wasn't based at the branch) was a bit non-existent at times, the local team completely made up for it. We are so glad we had Alia and Jo leading the way, they were brilliant, professional, and kept everything on track. Huge thanks to them for getting us across the finish line!
5 stars for the Leatherhead branch but the Cubbit and West really have to consider the sales progressor role, as we felt our assigned sale progressor wasn't contactable and not personable at all (hence not awarding a full 5 starts). We are fortunate we had the leatherhead branch who led the way for us instead. Thank you!

Alia Hawes and Jemma at Cubitt & West Leatherhead
We had the pleasure of dealing with Alia Hawes and Jemma at Cubitt & West Leatherhead while trying to secure a property. Unfortunately, the purchase ultimately didn't go through, but this was absolutely no fault of Alia or Jemma.
Both Alia and Jemma were incredibly helpful, professional and supportive throughout the process. They did everything they could to assist us and were always friendly, responsive and a pleasure to deal with.
Although we were disappointed that the property didn't work out, we were very impressed with the service we received from Alia and Jemma. They genuinely went above and beyond to help, and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Alia is excellent at her job. She is very helpful in finding out answers to any questions one has and lets one know the exact situation with whatever properties one is interested in.
