Havent received package as yet only placed order 5 days ago. However, just a heads up for those ordering, I ordered from Australia didnt realise it was american dollars, until I looked at confirmation email. So an already expensive purchase cost another $200. Usually it indicates before proceeding what the currency is. Not to worry, im sure the receiver will be happy. I hope so.

Extremely poor customer services. Ridiculous treatment for international shipment.

Purchased in mid Aug 2025. Checked with them about the status of my order in first week of Sep after 3 weeks of zero update. Then they said the order has not even been shipped out from warehouse. Checked with them again a week after as they promised that it should be updated within a week. Nothing comes back. Chased them few times, even wrote them as a complaint. Zero response at all. Worst online shopping experience ever. Their products are not cheap at all. But their service quality is among the worst that i have ever encountered. Even till today i have no idea where is my order, when i will be receiving it, and how long i need to chase. If there is no further response, i will treat this as a scam and demand refund from my credit card provider.

Just received in mail:
Set of 3 baby butterfly, baby flower and baby elephant, that came packaged in its own magnetized lid storage box, a baby duck and Hannah the Rabbit, with flower crown, 8" tall? Coming in her own storage box, as well, with her name on it.....this company creates beautiful things and presentation is gorgeous. From ordering, product gathering, conf. Email, the packaging, packing and shipping, perfect and timely. I cannot say enough about the products. All knit, safe, beautiful colors....now I want a large Hannah, for me!

Such high quality, beautiful dolls that supports a wonderful cause! The dolls are very well made & the shipping is also very fast! I love that cuddle & kind has payment options as well. I would highly recommend this company. If you’re looking for a keepsake item or gift, these are the most perfect dolls you could get.

These doll are lovely, but I ordered 2 separate dolls for two separate kids as gifts going to two separate homes and they arrived in one box. This is not convenient as I would have loved to keep the dolls in the original box when gifting. As expensive as these dolls are, You’d think that giving them as gifts, they would at-least come in separate boxes. That’s a disappointment.
