Was easy to find a good weighted cue for my daughter in law with a 9mm tip at a very reasonable price but could do with better tip so soon as it was delivered I changed it

Never received the order
Never received the order. Replied to the email saying it had been dispatched. No response. Replied to the email prompting me to leave a review. No response. Won't be using again.

Plenty of options and not too complicated to navigate. Very happy with cue, case and the extras I got.
I made an error in purchasing 2 cases when getting my cue, didn't realise until after I had paid. Sent an email straight away.
2 days later the correct order arrived (1 case and everything else with it) and refund sorted.

Brilliant! Very nice, quality product and a little Haribo bag was added inside the cue case, which was a lovely touch! Will definitely buy from them again.

Left it a bit late to order for Xmas…
Left it a bit late to order for Xmas and thought that if they arrived before the New Year then it would have been a good service. They arrived a couple of days before Xmas, well packaged and in perfect condition. Not just good but a brilliant service. Very well impressed.

Great overall experience
Great overall experience, would definitely buy from this shop again. As someone who doesnt know much about cues at all, the info on the website made it easy to buy a gift. Delivery was quick and packaging was great.
