T. the workman from Cullens did a great job. He cleaned my double oven and hob and it was even better than I expected. He was courteous and Covid aware.
I would recommend Cullens anytime. The service I got was efficient and personalised.

Fantastic job, every time I walk up the stairs I am delighted, no stains left at all.

I recently had a visit from Tariq & Anne who came to do a deep clean on my house. What a wonderful experience they were both very professional, friendly & made me feel very comfortable. The clean its self was amazing, the communication between myself and the company was great. I would 100÷ recommend Cullens cleaning and will most definitely be having them back. I booked an end of tenancy clean with Cullens and was left extremely disappointed. Advertised as professional deep cleaning service and instead delivered an extremely basic service. After the “deep clean” was complete the house was only marginally cleaner than it was beforehand. There was still dust and crumbs. I asked them to reclean the bathrooms as they had not cleaned the showers and after that I gave up and recleaned the house myself. Would not recommend.

BAD experience! Cullens failed to clean to the standard expected of an End of Tenancy Clean. Items such as crumbs and dirt still in cupboards, dirty toilets, sticky surfaces and dusty skirting. After 4 hrs cleaning and over £300 I expected a much better standard. I have now had to pay for another company to come back and do the job properly. Make sure to read ALL their terms and conditions. They offered to return and try and rectify the issues but the landlord did not want back as the job was so poorly done in the first place. However they still wanted payment in full. A very angry and dissatisfied customer!

We booked Cullens clean for an end of tenancy clean on the 30th May.

They sent 2 cleaners who worked hard and I initially thought they had done a good job. However the next day we had the check out inventory check, and the clerk commented that they had only provided us a domestic clean.

Upon hearing this, we got in touch with cullens cleaning and they got in touch with the landlord to arrange a remedy clean.

I booked Cullens Cleaning to do a deep clean at my mother's house. She was reluctant to have extra help but I spoke to Madeline on the phone who was really on the ball and I liked the fact it's a family run company. Mum now thinks it was a great idea. She said the people who came were friendly and efficient, very thorough and did a wonderful job. The kitchen floor has never looked so clean. Mum is absolutely delighted and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Happy with the oven clean. Friendly chap who was on time.

I booked two of the services offered by Cullens, clearance and deep cleaning, for a very large flat following the death of one of the owners. The state of the flat was such that these were both substantial jobs, and I could not be more delighted with the results. Really nice staff, very experienced, tactful, kind and hard-working, all of them a real asset to the company. The works are organised by the Service Manager who is also efficient and good to deal with. Highly recommended.

I hired Cullens to do a range oven clean in time ready for Christmas. John, who came to clean the oven, arrived on time, was friendly, and left the oven immaculate. I recommend Cullens and will use their service again in the future.

Fantastic service from start to finish. They managed to fit me in with just two day's notice and they did the full end of tenancy clean with carpets, kitchen appliances, and bathroom left spotless. The two British guys that did the clean were very thorough, polite and helpful. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

the whole experience was easy and very professional. i was recommended by a friend and i will definitely recommend Cullens.
The guys arrived smartly and with checklist and explained everything to me,
they rang 30mins before they finished and went through the checklist again showing me what they had done, the whole place smelt so fresh and was sparkling clean, even better than when i first moved in!!!.

Very nice company, prompt replies to the emails, no hidden costs, no trying to sell unwanted extras. The guys, who cleaned the flat, arrived on time, did everything from the checklist, were friendly and polite, the flat was super clean when they left. We ordered the end of tenancy cleaning and the fact that it was fast and straightforward to arrange and the cleaning was good made moving from house to house easier. Would definitely use again and recommend.

I've just moved out of my London house back to Dublin and got Cullens to do a end of tenancy clearance and clean. I was unable to be back in London so had to arrange everything over the phone and email. A friend was able to be at the house to check it all over. Cullens were very helpful throughout and the landlord was very happy with the condition of the house. Pretty good price too. Could not fault them.

The two gentleman that cleaned our flat we're friendly and polite. At first look everything was beautifully cleaned. Once looking more into the cleaning none of the cupboards were cleaned inside or built in wardrobes so was a little disappointed.

I've just moved abroad out of my old house and hired Cullens to do a full deep clean also cleaning the carpets. They did a fantastic job especially as I have now moved and was out of the country. Great to know it's all done now. A company I recommend.
