Paul Cullen has been delivering our water for over a year now - he’s so consistent and reliable. We work from home sometimes and he always works around us to ensure we don’t go stuck, even if it means moving around his day. So friendly, we always look forward to him popping in. Excellent service! Highly recommend

Robbie is always professional and always delivers and stacks the water neatly without any disruption to our staff or patients.

Hi. What i outlined below was my initial experience. They have now agreed to send a service engineer out to me sometime tomorrow the 24th of April which is a lot better than what they were first proposing.

Yesterday the 22nd of April a service engineer called to do a full service and replace a faulty pump. The engineer left at 12 o’clock yesterday saying the water would be flowing after an hour. I waited three hours but no Water came out. I was onto the Support office several times and I found a switch that was off. I turned that on and still no water came out after waiting an hour and a half. I got onto the Support team again they said they would ring me back. They did not ring me back. I had to ring them this morning at 9:30 and then they said they will give me priority, but instead they can only give me an appointment for the 27th of April, which is leaving me 5 days without water, needless to say I am not pleased. They could not put me in contact with a manager and the person who I was talking to has not got the power to alter the schedules. This service is certainly not in line with what they portray on their website. The customer certainly does not come first.
I do not have high hopes of receiving a response to this complaint.I have been a customer for many years but if this situation is not given more attention and priority I will be looking to get back my €260 and asking them to remove the system as there are other alternatives available to me.
