CULTIVER BLUESTONE colour is different to online platforms. It’s more a faded denim blue colour (with NO GREEN undertone). Paid a lot for the ‘wrong colour’. Disappointed

We use this brand for all our linen in our Airbnb and it’s been fantastic. Guests comment all the time about how well they sleep and how good the sheets feel — that real linen texture I guess. It is softer and more breathable than the percale and bamboo we've tried before.

For us, the best part is how low-maintenance they are. We’re turning beds over constantly, and these linens handle the workload without fuss. They still look great in a cool, natural way.

We’re tucked away in rural WA, so we’re used to slow shipping, but everything arrived faster than expected and without any drama. We’ll definitely keep ordering from them.

Sheets didn’t last longer than 6 months and customer service doesn’t stand behind their product. Avoid.

Shopping with Cultiver for linen sheets was the most frustrating experience I've ever had. First, it was impossible to reach a real person for help, even online. Second, they sent me the wrong color, and I couldn't find any way to return the sheets. Third, after reading numerous reviews, it seems their quality is extremely inconsistent, especially given the outrageous price. Overall, just a terrible experience. I will be disputing the charges on my credit card.

Love the bedspread but the first time I washed it, following the instructions to the letter, it started to disintegrate. It was horrifically expensive so I’m massively disappointed. Style over substance. Now leaves orange fluff EVERYwhere, all

Lowest quality linen sheets and really overpriced. All items I’ve purchased have started to tear within a year which is really unacceptable for how much you pay. I wash everything on delicate and hang dry and have had zero problems with other linen sheet brands. Do not purchase.

Cultiver is one of those brands i'll stick to for the rest of my life. I purchased some sheets from them on holiday in Australia, not knowing there is a size difference King for King between Australia and Canada. The Cultiver team went above and beyond to remedy the issue and I could not be happier with them, as well as my sheets. I've got a different set of Cultiver sheets i've had for years as well and they still look as new. Really happy with my experience here and can definitely recommend to others!

Worst linen bed sheet. It makes holes after one year. I have multiple pictures if you need proof. Client service is horrible.

Terrible customer service - EXTREMELY slow responses, it takes them multiple days at a time to respond. Unheard of for such a large company. They also only offer price-matching for 7 days, so if this short window passes and their products go on sale, you're out of luck!

After some time of thinking of purchasing fitted/ flat sheet I finally decided to splurge. What a disappointed
The fitted sheet does not fit the bed properly its too big, I spoke with a customer service representative who was very helpful, they replaced this for me as it was determined I-had received a faulty one. The replacement arrived and guess what its the same. Don’t waste your money on this product so expensive and doesn’t fit the bed. I would love a rep to come to my home to see what their product is like. I also purchased standard pillowcases natural I washed one and this has completely faded to another colour what a disgrace. If i could give NO stars ratings I would HORRIBLE PRODUCT. Maree

Sheet developed two tears in it after less than a year of use.

Bought my first linen tablecloth from Cultiver some years ago. The color wasn't at all fast so you couldn't remove even minor stains without a bleaching effect. Bought a replacement and this proved to be flimsy, thin and see through. Not at all suitable for such a large tablecloth. For something so expensive, you expect better quality.

The quality of the material and color is great but the sizing is problematic. We ordered a queen sheet set and love the look and feel but the top sheet is gigantic! I wrote Cultiver wondering if maybe we accidentally received a king and they informed me that nope, that just how they are. They have a “one size fits all” approach to their top sheets which seems like a pretty cheap/inconsiderate move for what they charge. It is annoying to have extra feet of fabric on both sides of the bed. I’m actually going to have them hemmed which is really frustrating for an almost $400 set of sheets. For this reason can’t really recommend unless you have a king bed or are willing to sew the top sheet after arrival.

These linen sheets are the best I have ever purchased, a perfect weight and a sensational feel. The color is so saturated,
I purchased the navy, dark and rich.

I also have to comment that in error I purchased the euro size sham as an extra pillowcase set. In a survey I mentioned this…
I was contacted by a concerned representative who without cost to me sent me a set of standard size pillowcases..at NO charge!…

I bought a set of queen sized linen sheets as a gift. Initially they were quite beautiful but after a few months of gentle care, washing according to directions, line drying, no.pets, a single woman, they developed a large worn hole in the middle of the fitted sheet. I contacted Cultiver, twice, expecting them to make good on their items. They never returned my enquiry. They were expensive sheets. I am completely disgusted they would not even respond to me.
