We have been using Culture Monkey for several years now, and our overall experience has been extremely positive. Right from the onboarding stage to launching our first survey, the support and guidance provided by the team have been excellent. Over time, we have successfully conducted multiple surveys, including pulse surveys, engagement surveys, and tool-specific surveys, all of which have delivered valuable insights. The platform is user-friendly, and the support team continues to be highly responsive and helpful whenever needed. Additionally, the dashboard offers a comprehensive overview of survey results, and the reports are well-structured, detailed, and aligned with the latest industry standards. Overall, Culture Monkey has been a reliable partner in helping us understand and improve our employee experience.

Disappointing Experience - Would Not Recommend

Our experience with this company has been deeply unsatisfactory for several reasons:

Misrepresentation of Features: The product we purchased was advertised as offering "pulse surveys," a key feature we required. However, once we went live, they conveniently no longer offered this feature. When we raised concerns, their "solution" was to provide monthly reports, later adjusted to bi-weekly. This is not an acceptable replacement for the real-time reporting we were promised and paid for.

Unacceptable Response Times: Their support team takes an unreasonably long time—often days—to respond, even on critical issues. This lack of urgency has caused significant disruptions.

Lack of Transparency and Knowledge: Whenever we ask how certain metrics are calculated, they are unable to provide clear answers. Instead, they take up to a week to "review and get back to us." This raises concerns about poor internal documentation, staff turnover, or potentially dishonest practices.

Overall, the service has failed to meet our expectations, and we cannot recommend this company to others.
