Delighted with the service supplied and the quality of the covers I bought to close in my outdoor space for the winter.

Matthew was most helpful and cleverly helped us create a cool design to offer additional protection to my bar top.

Couldn’t be happier and for the high quality of the material, I think the cost was pretty fair.

A very smooth process ordering 3 covers for our new pergola. All 3 were slightly different with one having a zip door, another with a clear section and the last one a solid cover and all were made to our exact specification. Very pleased and the product is very high quality. I was recommended by a friend and glad i listened. Well worth the money paid.

Poor customer service. After being recommended this company and referring them to friends our cover ripped in multiple places after only one winter.
I spoke to them and got a very rude response of 'well we dont know what you've done to them' the resolve was that I could return them however I would be blacklisted from the company, not exactly what should happen when a product is promised to last years and years. Based on the man on the phone I had little faith that we would ever receive a refund, so I have put up and shut up until they fall apart completely. Would no longer recommend.

From start to finish an excellent friendly and supportive service. Nothing was too much trouble. The product was a custom designed siding for our garden snug which was of excellent quality and fitted perfectly to where we planned to fit it. Fitting was simple and easy to do taking only about 2 hrs to fit. Highly recommend and for sure we are already looking at some more covers.

These came recommended to me, and I can see why. The whole ordering process was really simple and easy to follow. I was up against a bit of a deadline, so I asked if they could get it to me by a certain date, and they delivered right on time.

The cover itself is great quality. It’s well made, nicely finished, and feels like it’s going to last. I’m really pleased with it, and I’d definitely recommend Cunningham Covers.

Excellent service and product. I ordered from another online company that let me down and then I found these guys. So helpful on the phone and within two weeks I've received my pergola side panels and they are excellent. I submitted a quote Via Cunningham covers website. This was very easy and I was advised how to measure for accuracy. I received a quote within days, before proceeding I asked a couple of questions, nothing difficult, simple questions. No response after the auto reply, I sent multiple follow up emails via the formal email route you are provided. Eventually I started a new email chain into the company and someone separate came back stating Matthew would be in touch today. That is now 4 days ago.

Previously I spent 10's of thousands with the company purchasing covers for my company on a project they were doing. This had their undivided attention, as others have called out, if you are not spending enough money they respond quickly. This is what you end up with when you only spend £1300.

Thankfully, there are other businesses out there that do want my business, I have reached out to 3 and all have come back already with quotes and answered simple questions. Whilst some are more expensive, I would rather pay for a company I can trust and will respond to me. If I had purchased I do not believe I would have been supported if I had an issue, thankfully I dodged a bullet here.

It is a shame as I like the product, however some of the other companies out there have much better products, I would seriously suggest you shop around

Really helpful on answering my questions I had around the best options for my pergola. Quality is great, I've had the sidings up for some time now through a number of gales and no issues, they have made a huge difference to extending the use of my outside space when it's cooler. We approached Cunningham covers with a tricky hand drawn design, but after a few conversations with Matthew, everthing was sorted out.
We are very happy with the quality of the product, the support we received from Matthew and the delivery was prompt. We can now use our pergola all year round and are very happy with the outcome. I had need recently to replace my old panels on my decking area. I did the usual online research to find a trustworthy company that provided bespoke panels and good customer support.
I came across Cunningham Covers and provided my measurements on the website.
I received a confirmation and pricing of my panels and an offer to send me samples of colours, which I accepted.

I placed an order and received drawings confirming final panels, showing zip, window and stud placements. I also requested additional ties on the door section to allow dog access which were included as required.
Confirmed the order and completed panels were delivered within 14 days.

Installed in a day and fitted perfectly and the quality is excellent.

It’s the first time we have used Cunningham Covers, but it won’t be the last. From design to delivery Matthew was amazing, and answered all questions promptly. Good service and tarpaulin .Have used Cunningham covers 6 years ago and the cover they made is still like new as when I fitted it over a poly tunnel . It is in full sunlight and has been unaffected by the sun uv. Will use them again good company

From start to finish Matthew could not have been more helpful. He guided me through the planning process. Checked my measurements and photos. I got all the fastenings with the covers along with instructions. The eyelets were spaced out exactly as I requested.
The covers are a perfect fit which was very important as my gazebo is an odd shape. Delivery was as promised (ahead of time actually)
