If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered November of 2025 and was unknowingly signed up for a subscription. So I never received that order and was then charged for another order I December of 2025. We'll as of today I have not received either order and I am currently battling to get my money back. Oh and I paid for the package protection also. Not sure what that is for because they refuse to refund my money. This is definitely a SCAM‼️‼️‼️. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM‼️‼️

Please please stay away from this scammer online store. It's impossible to reach anyone our opt out of their subscriptions. Subscriptions you didn't even knew you signed up for. A bunch of thieves if you ask me. No replies to emails and their phone number don't even rings. God have a beating for y'all.

I ordered the product on February 5,2026 and still have not gotten my order. I have been emailing the company they send me tracking stating that it is on its way stuck in customs. It been up for customs clearance since Feb. 8th and still has not cleared. This is a scam do not order from this company. I have even asked for a refund nothing yet. So be aware.

Packs are nearly empty I ordered two only got one packaging was nothing like what was advertised

I’m mad I even bought any thing from them. I made an order on 3/3 and on 3/4 it’s “waiting on shipping to pick up and it’s now the 18th and I’ve sent emails, SEVERAL EMAILS…. And have not gotten a response. This is utterly bs I was better ordering my shit from TikTok or Amazon, at least I know for sure I would get the item

Stay far away from this company!!!! It's a SCAM! I ordered 1 package and never received it. I reached out to the company, they apologized, and sent out another order. I received my order about two weeks later and about a week later I received an email stating "Thank you for your subscription, your order is on the way." I never signed up for the subscription, so I'm assuming when my replacement order was sent, the company took it upon themselves to sign me up for the subscription. I sent several emails to request a refund and cancel, however, they are not responding to my emails. Also, there is hardly any honey in the packages.

Not only did I make one purchase of £47 on the shop app but was then charged £108 which was taken from my bank account with no permission and then has the audacity to say I have had the order delivered to me it’s called theft

I ordered 4 and was supposed to get 2 free.. I only received 2... I emailed the company about 5 weeks ago and they won't respond... They just sent out more and I didn't subscribe... The package smells very much like plastic and there is hardly anything in the little packets... what a disappointment..

Stay well clear of this company!! They are fraudulent. If I could give NO stars I would. I have been going back and forth with them for over a month now. I had placed an order, buy 2 get two free and a few other products to come with it. Did not receive the complete order nor some of the other items. They keep saying they are sending it to the resolution team- I don’t believe there is one.
The product is garbage and very sketchy, it is not like honey at all, it’s a syrup and it’s disgusting. Don’t give your money away, read the other reviews.

They don't answer emails ...sent multiple ..cancelled Order straight away as didn't want a subscription.....not happy ....

I have requested to cancel this and to stop being billed for this product - but no action has been taken. I am going to file a complaint with every applicable agency. I will be contacting my bank regarding charges from this company.

This curaiy is a fraud and and please people don't put your credit card on there website because they will thief your money from your account. I have reported them to the police department.

They are a scam. I bought 2 thinking it was 2 +1 free. N now every 3rd wk i am getn it sent out even tho i have cancelld the subscription and wrote emails n no reply.

I would give less than 1 star if possible. I purchased this product not knowing they would sign me up for a subscription. Upon receiving my first order, I suffered some kind of allergic reaction, and requested they cancel the subscription immediately. They did not. They have then continued taking money from my account, despite numerous emails demanding they stop. I have contacted my bank, and will be contacting relevant consumer departments to try and prevent any further people being scammed by this company

I purchased my first subscription on December 28 or the 29 not sure which date. However I have not yet received my first order. It is very hard trying to get a hold of somebody to cancel a subscription. I was charged again a few weeks ago and have not received it as well. This is nothing but a scam, do not waste your money. I also was told that they were going to refund me for both orders and that’s been almost 3 weeks ago as well. Now they’re trying to offer me a half off to keep my subscription plus they’re not wanting to give me my money back.

It took almost a month for my order to arrive. Then I didn’t get the two packages like I ordered. When I opened the package, I immediately smelled a strong glue/nail polish remover odor coming from inside the bag. The smell was so strong it made me question if the actual product was tainted. Against my better judgment and even though it didn’t have an ingredients list on the package, I tried it anyway since I paid for it and it was disgusting 🤢 Also the consistency was not like honey, this is more of a lab altered syrup.. DON’T purchase this brand, at all.. Stay very clear from it or you’ll regret the purchase.. I was really looking forward to adding g this to my routine.

No mention of a subscription at all! No communication from company, no benifet from the product itself! Avoid at all cost’

I received my order, but now I can't STOP receiving orders. Every month I text and write to ask them to cancel my order and subscription & dispute the charge through my bank, only to get notice again the next month that my order has sipped again!

The contact email on their site isn't valid, and neither is the phone number listed.

In addition, the ad I clicked was for BetterAlt, but then I received Curaiy - Curaiy's tubes are practically empty, just half a teaspoon of plastic strawberry tasting honey syrup in there that is impossible to get out completely without cutting the tube in half. Gave me a bad headache the couple times I took it, do not recommend.

Ordered product Jan 13. Everytime I contact them about tracking or incorrect delivery they tell me they are tracking it and it is in transit but the link they send comes back as an error. Do not associate with this company. 100% scam

Avoid this scam company at all costs they take money as a sub when you didn't agree to a subscription then charge you £44 THEN refuse to give to a return address to return the item you didn't want nor order. Worst company I've ever dealt with AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
