Received only 2 out of 4 items in my order, of the two I received they were 3 days later than the express delivery I payed for, I was refunded for only one, i was ignored when I tried to cancel my subscription, charged extra than listed for the subscription I tried to cance. They sent me an email a day later saying that I needed identity verification through a third party site. I did that and then heard nothing for TWO more days. I emailed them again and they accused me of not sending my identity like asked. Once I had forwarded them the email they said "sorry for the inconvenience" that is essentially their response to every ridiculous thing they do. They then sent my order only for me to find out they'd sent only half of my order. I made them aware of this and they 'apologised', have no explanation and then send me a refund for ONE of the items. I asked to cancel my subscription having not even received the Frist order of this so called "subscription" and this month they've not only had the clerk to not cancel it but have made it three pounds more expensive than the listed price! The worst run band most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with.

I would have said 5 stars but this recent order you clearly let your selves down !!! Making it very difficult my prescription was sent but not delivered I had trouble with Royal Mail connecting with them to find were my parcel was they had not tried to deliver it eventually after a lot of rude messages via what’s app I literally had to wait until I received an email f try on Royal Mail telling me to pick it up but they hadn’t told me where to pick it up so I had to go into the post office and kind lady was able to find my parcel and have it redirected so after a fortnight I eventually got it I was a fortnight with out prescription any way eventually I got it word of advice try and be a little more helpful!!

Because I never received my order then u wanted to charge me to have it reposted, so I cancelled it and didn't get a refund either.

Purchase was easy to order and pay for and goods arrived in just a few days.

Fast in delivery, improved in costumer care enquiries. I recommend 💯

Pen was damaged couldnt use it and didnt get a refund!

Nothing has worked yet on my first month of 2.5mg

Another 1 star review after another unsolicited email, even though I unsubscribed last time (not that I ever subscribed in the 1st place). This is a gross violation of the GDPR, and highly inappropriate use of my personal information, wherever they managed to get hold of it. One more of these unsolicited spam emails and I'll be reporting this shoddy excuse for a company to the ICO for multiple GDPR breaches.

Applied for my 3rd jab of Wegovy 1mg. Admittedly I’d had 10 day gap between doses. They took money and then declined to prescribe it to me. I went back to Chemist4U who did describe it. Cured offered me starting dose I said no thank you, I’ll just have my money back. Said will will send money back minus £30 admin fee as I cancelled. I said I didn’t cancel you wouldn’t prescribe what I needed? No I’m being ignored and been waiting weeks and still no refund. Absolute con artists. You call number and it rings forever, WhatsApp’s ignored and emails ignored. I need my money back!!!

I am a diabetic who is on a form of medication (Non insulin) which has to be managed. Being non insulin I have to finance my Libra 2 monitor (Non NHS). I therefore have to have a reliable source with a fast delivery. I have been looking for a supplier - and I believe this supplier satisfies both- at a reasonable price - I will certainly continue to use them.

AVOID this cowboy company - having to get a s.75 charge back refund on my credit card which they claim was my fault for cancelling ! Having now read the reviews, I can see it won't be long before they're reported to their regulatory body and hopefully struck off for regulatory breaches.

I have had a very frustrating experience with Cured Pharmacy and, unfortunately, this is not the first time I have had problems with them.

I placed two separate orders. One was delivered on 8 August, but the other order (£217.99) was not received. I contacted Cured Pharmacy on 12 August and was told they would investigate. I chased again on 13 August and was told on 14 August that the matter was still with the logistics team.

After several days of going back and forth, I contacted them again on 15 August, explained my frustration and specifically requested to speak to a manager.

Then, on 17 August, I was told that the order had supposedly been delivered.

The problem? It hadn’t been delivered.

I checked my account and the order was still showing as “Processing”, while my other order—the one that had actually been delivered—was showing as delivered. I sent them screenshots clearly demonstrating this and asked them to properly investigate and either refund me or send the missing item.

I also made it very clear that I wanted a manager to contact me.

Since 17 August, I have heard absolutely nothing. No call from a manager, no meaningful update, no refund and no resolution whatsoever. They simply stopped responding after I provided evidence contradicting their claim that the order had been delivered.

What makes this even more disappointing is that this isn’t my first poor experience with their customer service. Previously, I spent weeks going back and forth with them over points that should have been credited for a purchase. Again, it required an unreasonable amount of chasing to get something that should have been straightforward.

Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a company deals with them. In my experience, Cured Pharmacy has repeatedly failed to take ownership of problems, provide clear information or properly investigate issues.

For a pharmacy handling customers’ orders and taking significant amounts of money, I expect much better customer service, communication and accountability.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Cured Pharmacy.

I received a damaged package, and I can't find anywhere to cancel the subscription, even though the website says I can cancel at any time.

It was 3 days late in the 35 ° heat. So far no one has informed me that they could provide this 2-8 ° storage. While it was on the road. . The pen shit doesn't come out of the stuff. They didn't refund the money or offer an exchange.
