watch out for this dogy company because they try to steal your money.
order was cancelled due to be made by a minor in mistake, and a cancellation request be send in the following minutes after the order put. order was not proccess, no documents or anything for assessment and now they are trying to take money for the refund. this has been reported to my bank fraud team and a chsrgeback request raise. so be careful because you might been scam by this company too.
as an update, this company will be reported to the medial Council, ombudman and hopefully it will loose it licence due to the huge amount of customers being scammed and robbed

So I am confused by the reviews. Last Sat I searched for cheapest Wegovy supplier and CP with its 1st order discount was recommended. I then searched is it legit. AI gave me loads of data that it is. Company Info, trading record, legal pharma registrations, a Trustpilot rating of 4.6/5 etc. So I ordered. I am always concerned giving loads of personal data online so I was concerned. But I received 4 or 5 emails on Sat updating me on progress. On Sun updates continued until I was given a Royal Mail tracking number. Royal mail tracking was down so I could not see if they had my products. For some reason I decided to log into Trustpilot and OMG. Warnings of fake reviews. Nearly 50% saying a scam site, with people losing their money. Clearly NOT a rating of 4.6 as claimed on their website. At 8am on Mon I was back on Royal Mail and tracking was working and they were delivering my parcel that day. So what is going on? I am going to have to email them and ask about all the negative reviews and see what their answer is before using for next months order. My experience is 5 out of 5, but do your own due diligence and mail or phone them and ask.

I put in an order for 1mg pen of wegovy and paid in full. They then asked me for evidence of previous dosages which I was unable to provide, Cured Pharmacy then informed me that they could only send .25mg dose I explained this was no good because I was previously on .75mg. As a result of them not letting me have 1mg I asked them to refund my payment. They did but charged me £30 stating I cancelled the prescription this company are thieves they cancelled my order and offered a lower dose than I paid for. Do not ho near them.

Ordered March 2026, took money immediately, then requested further info.
I knew I was getting fobbed off, so decided to cancel.
I was informed it would cost me £35 admin charge to cancel. I queried this, admin for what? we’d exchanged emails, they didn’t provide the goods.
However, it has taken until today, 12 August to get my money back, and this was because I raised a complaint with PayPal.
I did get a full refund, no admin charges, but it has taken all this time, and an unbelievable number of emails.
Ironically, I keep getting requests from them to re-order.
Avoid at all cost.

Placed an order early July prior to a holiday. On return late July found order not delivered. Contacted company to be advised order could not be processed due to medication I’m on. Stated refund would be processed with 72hrs as of 27/7 but still waiting. Bank now dealing with dispute. Avoid at all costs. Terrible communication and to be frank bordering on scam company.

Total incompetent communication, the departments do not talk to each other, worst customer service for raising any complaint;
Ordered drug, took money immediately before being accepted, they requested more information which was provided immediately, did not hear anything, after sending emails to respond for which I never to this day had a response to, I decided to cancel the order as the trust for this company was not there! Despite what CP useless customer service say, my email was not working, so how could I receive emails when they choose to email me!
Coincidentally the morning I cancelled the order through their info form (still no response) and in the afternoon I receive a telephone call from a man at CP saying they were dispatching my order, I informed him I had cancelled the order and not to send the drug, to be honest it sounded like he was walking as a lot of outside noise, strange when you are dealing with a pharmacy company! I made it crystal clear to not send and to speak to his team to reimburse me!
That evening I received an email from Royal Mail saying the drug was going to be delivered, unbelievable, I immediately responded to CP, in fact since then after multiple calls & emails explaining the same, and customer service will get a manager to call me back, NOTHING!!!!
Customer service said that I hadn’t given 72 hrs notice to cancel, they don’t even communicate, they simply don’t care, even when you try explain, they were putting the call on mute, I’d keep going hello!!!!!! Yes mam is all I get, I wonder if this customer service is in another country because in my experience you have to go on multiple customer service courses in UK and as for management, is there any, if so what do they do? Hide behind a counter?
Seriously do not bother with this company they do not CARE or listen and are most definitely not understanding!!!

Easy to place orders and fast deliveries, top service

The Libra 2 plus sensor, cost me £90:44 for 2 but not very good it keeps loosing signal and the first one lasted 13 days (not 15 days as stated).
The second sensor only lasted 8 days,(not 15 days as stated) I got in touch with the pharmacy about them Cured pharmacy they didn’t seem helpful, all they said was email us.
I DID email them with pictures but I’m Still waiting for response 😠..

I couldnt find my email to reorder the prescription so i ordered anyway and despite using my new email they found me and managed to get my order to me and saved me starting from scratch thanks

If you want to throw money into scammers account, then feel free, but I am taking this place to court right now and have fraud, BBC, trading standards and pharmaceutical on to it. Going round in person to get my refund if I have to seize the goods myself, but expecting the address not to exist and probably run by some scammer in India.

Ordered some pills which were to arrive in 3 days (money taken immediately). No pills, looked at my account and it said in progress, heard nothing. Contacted company, got a reply they were looking into it. Still nothing, contacted again twice requesting refund, zero response, still no refund. Have reported to bank to investigate as a fraud and also taking legal advice as companies like this need investigating and naming/shaming. I am thinking an internet con, but we will see what happens after the investigations. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Very good price for the product, very easy web site to navigate and had a very prompt same day video call to confirm all the details and the order was approved - all within 90 minutes

Disappointed cause the buying process is easy and cheap (I guess to good to be true) waited 3 days for the order to be shipped (when I did pay next day delivery) and when i asked whats going on i was told that i need to send my id for the order to be processed, waste of time for such a little detail it does look they don’t care just collect payments. Let’s hope they will show some professionalism and send the money back same fast as when they charged. Don’t expect to have a fast response email 3 days wait really busy people.
