Absolutely horrible customer service, they took my money on 13/04/2026 the cancelation was done same day today is 05/05/2026 still have not received refund. Keep ringing them just no help whatever very arrogant people. Do not use their service absolutely rubbish.

One of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I sent in all the relevant documents as requested. I received a whole bunch of repetitive emails so I asked to cancel and refund. Again, a whole bunch of repetitive emails asking for the same stuff even though I’ve said I wanted to cancel and refund. In the end I had to succumb to just accepting the order. Had a video consultation a week ago and still haven’t received anything from them. Emailed them asking where my order is, they responded with ‘ we haven’t received your documents. If you prefer you can have a consultation with a pharmacist’. Then they had. The audacity to say they’ll deduct £30 if they refunded. I have no refund and no jab. AVOID! Disgusting customer service. SCAMMERS!

Scam. Do not use them ! Used them before no issues but bought a product, waited for a call in line with their request. They have failed to ring me TWICE despite me sending my photo and ID as requested. Paid for a product never received! I will be submitting a claim to my bank. AVOID!!

They are very cooperative, understanding of my health condition, and their service is excellent and fast.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with. I asked to cancel my order more than three times and all I received were generic copy‑and‑paste emails that didn’t address anything I said. No real help, no resolution, nothing. In the end, I had to let the order go through because it became obvious I would never get a refund and would probably lose my money. Completely unacceptable and I won’t be ordering again.

These guys are in to take your money and provide a terrible service !!! It’s probably just a young kid sitting in a room some where God knows where.
I bought Monjaro changed my mind because of some side effects that I read and asked to change with Wegovy. They said it was not possible and so asked for a strait refund. Of course they wanted to charge me 30 pound “admin fee” for doing absolutely nothing. In the end had to accept the fee but I emailed called them and still just NO REFUND at all just blunt nicking of my money !!! STAY COEAR OF THESE SCAMMERS!

Beware: I had used Cured Pharmacy a few times and all was previously OK. For my most recent order Royal Mail delivered it to the wrong address. Curred Pharmacy then just sat on the issue for 4 months. They kept on blaming Royal Mail. I still have no resolution 4 months on and need to seek a chargeback from my credit card provider. DO NOT TRUST Cured Pharmacy to resolve issues

Awful customer service. I requested a refund over a month ago and have still not received it. Since then, I’ve only been met with generic, copy‑and‑paste email responses that don’t address the issue or provide any real update.
There has been no accountability and no resolution, just repeated vague replies. At this point, I’m highly frustrated and extremely disappointed with how this has been handled. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this pharmacy and urge others to be cautious.

No refund - still waiting despite them daying it would be 72 grand, itw been two weeks and still no refund . They don’t reply to emails

Poor after care service and lie to you.

Scammers. Forced me to buy two pens and stopped responding to me, radio silence, after I asked for a prepaid label and package. It was their mistake! I was an honest customer and phoned them when I received double pens, they claimed to have issued a refund for the first pen after an administrative error, so when they learnt that I had received it by mistake, they quickly cancelled the refund (MY MONEY) and now they are keeping my £150 hostage until I return it to fix their mistake. I was not happy with having to do visits to the post office for them as my time is valuable, but I reluctantly agreed and simply asked for a prepaid envelope and label and they disappeared! Scum bags scammers. Stay away. I am initiating a claim via the small claims courts for my £150.

Friendly and professional

Do not purchase from here, these will take your money but not deliver the item, when questioned they do not get back to you. You try and get a full refund through PayPal then there’s suddenly admin charges. Even then I’m yet to receive any kind of refund. This is a scam company. Hopefully PayPal will step in.

I ordered item they took money from my account they said I needed further checks before processing but I decided not to proceed. It has been 3 wks and no refund but have been informed they are taking £30 admin fee??? Still no refund and they are now ignoring my emails

AWFUL! Avoid this company. I placed an order over a month ago, provided information and made several zoom consultation appointments that were not answered. After two weeks I requested a refund to go to another provider. I was told there would be a £30 deduction as an admin fee!!! To date I have sent 3 emails and have made two phone calls to this company and I still have not received my refund. Terrible customer service please avoid!!!!!

Terrible company. Do not use. Ordered some medication. Was not dispatched so cancelled order which was agreed and confirmed by phone and email. No refund has yet been issued despite complaints. Steer clear of company. AVOID
