I love this platform since the day I discovered it, but I wanted to leave a positive review because I had a problem which was perfectly and easily solved by the Customer Support team (Bernadett on my case). They responded with a very detailed response and were very kind with all the questions I had. I'm very happy to know that a platform I love so much also has a so much professional and helpful customer service.

Great service and great customer service

Jess’s was extremely helpful in assisting me to cancel my membership ( automatic renewal cancelled for the next billing cycle ) and refunding 50% of the current. She was patient thorough and helpful and went above and beyond

Customer support from Franz. I had trouble on the app with my new lifetime subscription and he set it up for me while on a chat. So very polite and professional - a wonderful representative for your company.

Interesting documentaries - science, history, mathematics etc. Easy and affordable subscription and set-up. Site navigation is straightforward. Support and staff helpful, well-informed and friendly. Thanks CS!

Great customer service and excellent collection of videos. We like it very much.

I contacted customer service to have my email updated. Went smooth and quickly.

They changed my plan secretly and added a bunch of services to it, then proceeded to charge me without notice. What should have been $38 turned out to be $101! Disgraceful scam. Stay away and read the other negative reviews! This issue is well known to them but they don't address it. Figures.

Bernadette was a star. She really helped me with my account. I had to close the account and I got a refund for my annual bill which really helped. She did a great job and was a real pleasure. Sadly, I did not get a refund of the past three years that I did not use the service.

Not only the content/programming, but most importantly the SERVICE and SUPPORT... great people!

I had thought I updated my listed email address, but notifications were at my old email address about it renewing and that there was a cost increase.
Unfortunately, due to my personal circumstances at the moment, I can't afford it. I didn't notice it until the charge went through on my credit card.

They were very understanding and they helped me straight away with cancelling and getting a refund.

I appreciate it so much. I don't think that every company would do that.
I look forward to being able to re-subscribe once I can.

I canceled my subscription as I do not remember ordering it. Nikka was great. After getting some information she needed, it was done! A few minutes is all it took. I was so impressed I told her she was a great representative of the company and I might even think about signing up. Is Nikka is an example of your employees and this is how easy you are to work with, I am duly impressed. Thank you

Franz was just the best! I had tried a few times yesterday and today to reach your office to no avail. That made me apprehensive but all is well especially when Franz answered and responded to my request. Thanks to Franz , I was able to achieve my goal I see you have great content it is just not a good time right now! Thanks again, Franz, you represent your company well!

I resubscribed to Curiosity Stream. I had become very busy and didn't have time to watch documentaries so I paused my subscription. I got an email about $.99 for three months if I came back but the link wouldn't work. I talked to Franz and Customer Service and he gave me a code to try to get that discount. It didn't give me that discount but he was watching and checking in on me. He emailed me and said he saw the code didn't work and he credited me back two months and extended my subscription.

The documentary are very good and Customer Service is outstanding. I would recommend this for sure
