I made a mistake and they fixed it (no problem)
I made a mistake when converting and sending money (absolutely my own fault) but they assured me that all would be OK and it was rectified very quickly.

No major problems, pretty straight forward.
The change of Bank details caused a delay as you have to wait 24 hours to make payments over €1,000. on new payees.

I was first time user and sceptical
I was first time user and sceptical. But the process of sending money (37.000€) to CurrencyFair was easy. All steps of the transaction could be reviewed in the account on the webpage and the communication was good. Time from me sending money until arrival in Thailand was 4 working days, so within the stated range of up to 5 days and the usual SWIFT-duration I experienced before with my local bank, but at a fraction of the cost.

She took the time to explain to me just what I should do (she was clear and concise too) and told me to phone back if what she suggested didn't work. I didn't need to but really appreciated that she went the extra mile to help me out. Call centres don't usually work this way ...
