Ordering was easy, even with prescription lenses, and my order was fulfilled and shipped more quickly than I expected. The glasses are high-quality and look great! Thanks!

I knew what I was ordering was going to order would be good. It turned up excellent. Absolutely love my glasses.

Item was not the advertised measurements. Communication and tracking after the order is terrible. I have raised the issue that the item is completely different size from what’s advertised and I would like to return the item. 6 days have passed and still they have not replied to chasing multiple times. Hopefully the bank will assist in helping me get a refund. High prices but behind the curtain it’s a small drop shipping operation that has terrible customer service, no communication and a terrible product.

Quality, Customer service and Delivery service

For me, these are great stylish and Top quality made in England sunglasses would highly recommend them and also the team behind the company Curry and Paxton 👌🇬🇧

Beautifully crafted glasses… 2nd pair ordered already….

Really happy with the glasses — they look great and I’m very pleased with them overall.
There are just a couple of things that could be improved. Delivery took quite a bit longer than I expected, and I almost didn’t receive them in time for my trip, which was a little stressful.
On the positive side, the customer service was excellent. They were always quick to reply, helpful, and kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated.
The only other issue was that my phone number wasn’t included on the delivery details, which caused some problems with the courier. It would be good if this could be double-checked before dispatch in future.
Overall, I’m very happy with the glasses and the customer service. If the delivery process was a little smoother, it would have been a great experience.

Customer services were very helpful in getting my glasses to me in time for a friend's wedding. Very happy with them and great service.

I agree with other negative reviews posted. The quality of these glasses is average. Customer service is basically hopeless. Don’t waste your money.

Received the sunglasses on the day they promised. I have not taken them off. Gorgeous, and the lenses are very high quality.

The whole order process was hampered by long wait times from customer services to respond to emails, usually around 3 days. I needed a receipt and signed paperwork to allow me to claim back part of my costs. The glasses arrived today and despite being happy with them I will be forced to return them if I do not receive my receipt etc which I requested weeks ago.

Curry & Paxton's website is very slick and professional-looking - I only wish their products and service were at the same level.

I received my glasses within a reasonable timeframe; however the quality of the product was sub-par to put it mildly.

The frames were delivered with a 6mm vertical misalignment. In effect, when worn, the frames were severely wonky.

I raised this with customer service and was issued with a return slip within a few days.

The return address is for a third-party distribution warehouse in the Midlands. Upon the first attempt of Royal Mail delivering the return, "no one was in attendance" and so the return failed. What business address isn't open during business hours?

I queried this via email with Curry & Paxton - no response.

Next day, return accepted. I emailed Curry & Paxton to confirm - no response. So I telephoned, and the person I spoke with checked "the returns list" and said it had been marked as received, but that my refund would take 10-15 business days. This, I find, contradicts Curry & Paxton's returns policy, which states an "immediate" refund will be provided.

It has been a few weeks now, and disappointingly no refund has been forthcoming.

This experience has led me to query the financial robustness of this company. As a result, I checked on Companies House, and the last set of accounts filed for year-ended 31/12/2024 make for concerning reading. Analysed by ChatGPT, verbatim: "The filed accounts show liabilities substantially exceeding assets. That is a major indicator of balance-sheet insolvency."

So, this may be a reason why I am yet to receive my refund!

I would warn anyone against doing business with Curry & Paxton.

I ordered the Yvan spectacle frames from Germany. Delivery was very quick and the customs charges were already included.
The craftsmanship is impeccable and the frames only needed a minor adjustment by my optician. Even the optician, who wasn’t familiar with this manufacturer, praised the design and craftsmanship.
