Really fast delivery but unfortunately the material wasn’t what I wanted

Very helpful with my order, material good quality and price. I ordered sample first which came within two days. Will definitely use them again.

Delivery was very slow but cushions were fine.

My curtains are really well made,delivery as specified. I am delighted with them and only wished I had discovered the firm years ago.

Ordered two sets of made to measure curtains, but extremely disappointed with them. The sizing was wrong which they rectified by lowering the pole but also they do not hang very well and are uneven. The quality of the stitching is poor and I suspect it’s because the works are outsourced. There were also issues with the curtain pole/tracks they fitted. Have complained and still they have not responded to my emails. I asked for the left over fabric and was eventually given 4+ meters back so assume they had over ordered at my expense! They quoted me £270 to get a pouffe made out of the extra fabric but I found a nearby shop who made it for me for £100 and done in a two day turnaround! Save yourself some money and go to the professionals nearby.

My curtain material is exactly as I expected in quality design and colour which is always a worry when ordering on line. Took longer to arrive than expected but the staff when I phoned were very helpful and pleasant

A one stop shop for all kinds of custom made curtains and blinds with a huge collection of fabrics. All my family members have been using this family run business for last 20 years or so and have always been very pleased with product and service.

Easy to complete a purchase and the goods arrived promptly and well packed.

Way overpriced, they use 3rd party agents to make up the curtains so it's pot luck if you get a good service/product and this is reflected in the quotes being 2 or 3 times higher than elsewhere. They do have their own installers but again they vary in competency so a second one had to be sent to correct the original mistake though still not quite right. Suggest you go to another upholstery store nearby, which quoted me less than half price for another product, was better quality and done in quick time too.

I am still waiting for the samples to be delivered they were ordered in December 2024

Non delivery of sample order and when asking have not received a reply. No notification of order being sent.Am still waiting

Paid for a sample to be sent almost two weeks ago. Emailed and said I have not received the sample, they asked me to wait a few more days ! Sample still hadn’t arrived emailed again, took 48 hrs for a response to say having checked with suppliers it’s unavailable! Yet the material is still available from other companies. Complete waste of my time, would not recommend or use this company again.
