I ordered a gorgeous bathing suit, which happened to have a broken zipper after I tried it on. I messaged customer service and Serena was amazing. She did whatever she could to get a new bathing suit shipped to me and was a treat to communicate with. 🙌🏻

Ordered some goeds from this company. Delivery service sent it back without any notification. Contacted customer service and they did everythinf they could to help me out, inform me and send the goods again. Products are good customer service is great..so 5 start from me !

This is an update to my original review. While it took nearly two months to resolve (12-4 until 1-31), we came to a mutual agreement on a partial refund. Through this process, customer service was friendly and helpful and I'm sure did everything they could within the parameters given to them by their policy. That said, CurvQueen's return policies should evolve to be more in line with the majority of online retailers and they just aren't there yet. I'm moving my review up to 3 stars.

This is an update to my previous review of Curv Queen. After my original dis-satisfaction and review, the customer service team reached out and offered to make things right. They not only agreed to change the sizes of my purchases as per my original request, they also offered to pay the cost of my return shipping . Their feedback to my review shows that they do care about their customer satisfaction, and business reputation. Kudos, Customer Service!

CURV QUEEN IS A SCAM COMPANY! DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT buy anything from them as you will go through hoops and hurdles to return anything for exchange. They will begin to throw useless coupons at you for subsequent purchases when they have not even satisfied your current purchase experience. However, I will go through their hoops to return the oversized underwears I bought from them. Then NEVER, EVER again will they smell business from me

The Company sells very low quality products for an expensive price, that are not true to the size description and the pictures, as my predecessors said, the company is a scam. The return adress is in China (I had to ask multiple times for it and the website tries to make you believe the company is in the Netherlands) and the whole process of trying to return the item is hard and intransparent. They also try to prevent you from claiming your money back like this:
1)We would like to reduce the amount of returns and make sure we contribute towards improving the environment.🌱 So, I want to offer you to keep your purchase to maybe donate it, or something else, and receive a €20 Voucher for your next order.
2) I would like to offer you a last option, because returning to China with track & trace code is quite pricey.

I bought Beyoncé body shape really comfortable the company have a great customer service I had some issues they sorted it within few days I highly recommend and definitely buying again

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! DO NOT BUY!! They sent me the wrong item and wont give me my money back. I had to go through my credit card company to file a complaint. They are ripping customers off and giving them the run around.

UPDATE: Out of the blue almost 2 years after writing this review, I got an email from TrustPilot saying that CurvQueen requested more details about my review or they'd take it down. I provided those details and a week later got an email from them about how sorry they were for my experience; they'd like to make it right. 2 years later. Well their idea of "making it right" was to offer store credit if I returned the garment (still unopened btw) or 30% back to my card. Which was insulting enough - 30% really? I replied, thinking 30% off was better than nothing, but their response, full of useless platitudes, included the caveat that I would only get this money back if I took down my first review. I was disgusted. They don't care about their customers, they care about looking good. I was honestly not surprised, but disgusted none-the-less. My review stands. I won't be paid off to take it down.

Original review: Check their return policy before you buy!

I ordered this for a specific purpose, was only given one option for shipping at checkout, and stupidly assumed it wouldn't be a problem. Wrong. I waited for 3 weeks, by which point I no longer needed the garment. I knew I only needed it briefly and was fine paying for it, but when the date came and went where it would be useful, the garment still hadn't arrived. So I asked it I could cancel the order. It was in process so I couldn't; fine I understand that. How do I return it? I won't have even opened the package, as I no longer need it. Well, I can't. They literally DON'T DO RETURNS. I get it, if something's been worn, but I'm *literally not going to open the package.* They said I'd be charged for shipping again if I returned it to sender and didn't accept delivery. They claimed that I "changed my mind" - No, they didn't get the item to me before I needed it, and had to order from a company that would.

The butt lifter is really nice. Love the fit so much. Makes me feel good and look good. The customer support Hera is also very helpful with the sizing

I ordered the Alicia shapewear in nude color. I was bold and wore the item to work under a really tight pencil skirt for 12 hours. All-day, I felt entirely supported and at ease. I'm looking forward to trying their other goods!

At first I was a bit skeptical to order, but thankfully I trusted my guts and order a shapewear from curv queen! Haha! Their leggings is just what I wanted. Sooo comfy and it fits on me just right! The quality is superb and even their service is topnotch. I love my experience in shopping from this shop!

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Purchased 2 items. And not only did I get 1 item but it was the wrong item and not even in my size. I kept reaching out to them via. Email for a resolution and never recieved a response. This is a scam company please do not buy from them unless you want your hard earned money taken. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

My best friend’s wedding is coming up and I’m a bridesmaid. I wanted to order a new style of shape-wear. I found CurvQueen through a google search and ordered the Kim shapewear. I was so shocked at how affordable it was. I did worry when I saw that my order was in transit in the same place for a long time and when I went to look the company up on Instagram, I saw some comments about how people never received their product. I emailed them inquiring about my order and they sent me an update within a day, and by that time, my product had arrived! Turns out, they’re based in my city so it didn’t have to travel very far (i probably could have driven to them and gotten it faster).

It fits pretty well! The stomach area is snug and smooth, it’s the booty and thighs I have to work on, as they are on full display in the Kim. But I am pleased with my order and the customer service I received from CurvQueen.

Scam company, stay away!!!! Buyer beware I got duped by them.
