We had an absolutely wonderful experience with this company during our time in Cusco and the Sacred Valley.

Our tour guide, Luis, was genuinely one of the best guides we’ve had in all of our travels. We spent two days exploring the Sacred Valley with him, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, flexible, and accommodating. He took us everywhere we asked to go while also making wonderful suggestions that made our itinerary even better. Having someone willing to adjust plans and help us make the most of our limited time made such a difference.

Every driver we had was fantastic as well. They were professional, friendly, and consistently went above and beyond for our family. One of my favorite memories was even getting an impromptu Spanish lesson with my daughter during one of our drives! Those little personal touches made the experience so much more memorable.

Lino, our supervisor and main point of contact, was excellent from beginning to end. Communication was always clear, professional, and timely. I never had to wonder what was happening, where we needed to be, or what to expect next. Traveling with a family in another country can involve a lot of moving pieces, and having transportation handled this seamlessly took away so much stress.

I am incredibly grateful to the entire team for helping make our time in Peru so special. If our travels bring us back to the Cusco area, I would absolutely reach out to them again without hesitation. I cannot recommend Luis, Lino, and the entire team highly enough!

I wanted to shout out Cusco Transport and Tours! They provided all our car transportation between trains, airports and hotels. We lost a couple critical items in the vehicle and flew to Puerto Maldonado (PM). They made every effort, with success, to get these items mailed to us from Cusco before we departed PM. The drivers were professional and on time. Even suggested we get an earlier pickup due to tight time in our itinerary. A+ service and reasonable costs. Vehicles were new and comfortable rides. Email itinerary and they will do the res! Lino was great and quick to respond!

I had an excellent experience with this transfer company in Cusco. From the very beginning, even before my arrival, Mr. Lino contacted me, answered all my questions, and made me feel very comfortable organizing my itinerary. His communication was clear, helpful, and very professional.

When I arrived at the airport, I had a small difficulty finding the driver, but it was quickly resolved and did not affect my overall experience at all.

On the second day, my trip was led by Mr. Juvenal, who was not only a driver but also an amazing guide. He shared many local stories about the culture, vegetation, and people of the region, which made the journey even more special. He is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and professional.

I truly couldn’t recommend this company more. They are reliable, well organized, and genuinely care about their clients’ experience.

Lino and his team at Cusco Transport & Tours helped us plan a customized 3-day visit to Cusco and the surrounding areas, including Machu Picchu and Rainbow Mountain.

From the very beginning, I was impressed by Lino's prompt and clear communication—something that remained consistent throughout the planning process and our time in Cusco. He personally welcomed us at our hotel to walk us through the itinerary and ensure everything was in order. On our departure day, he even accompanied us to the airport and stayed until our bags were checked and we were headed through security.

Cusco Transport really made our trip to Peru. They took care of all our transfers and excursions during a two week trip taking in Lima, the Sacred Valley, Macchu Picchu and Cusco. The service was incredibly professional with great vehicles and they were always on Whatsapp to update us or if we needed to make any last minute changes. We couldn't have been happier with the drivers and guides they assigned to us who really helped make it an incredibly memorable trip.

Traveled for 2 weeks to
Peru with friends. I am thankful that we arranged this trip with Cusco tours and transport. Lino and his team took care of the details. The trip included a few days in Lima and Cusco, a 4 day Inca trail hike to Macchu Picchu and a trip to the Amazon jungle for a few days as well.
From our pick up to departure all details and logistics were well executed. The choice of hotels, transportation provided, meal planning were amazing. The hike was very comfortable. The guides for our excursions were experts.

Overall it could not have been done better.

Lino was quick to respond when planning our trip prior to arriving and greeted us on the first day and went over every detail. Lino also kept in contact throughout our tour. Our guide Jimmy was amazing - he was very knowledgeable, kind and very attentive - he was a wealth of information. Jimmy made our vacation memorable. Our driver Redy was also great - very polite, a great driver and kept his van immaculate. On this trip we visited Sacsayhuaman, Qenko, Tambomachay, Pisac Ruins and market, Cusco City, Andahuaylillas, Pikillacta, Tipon, Maras, Moray, Ollantaytambo, Chinchero, and 2-day tour in Michu Picchu including Machu Picchu Mountain. I would not hesitate to use Cusco Transport & Tours again and would definitely recommend them. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Booked Palccoyo on a Sunday for the next day. Great company to work with. Courteous and professional. On time, clean upscale vehicles. Driver was friendly and a pleasure to be with.

I would highly recommend Cusco Transport Tours to anyone visiting Cusco or Machu Picchu. I was in charge of a church mission group with 27 people and they were able to help me get Machu Picchu tickets,find hotels, arrange transportation, and find guides for our tour group. Lino was there at each leg of our trip in Cusco making sure everything went well. Their guides Jimmy, Juan, and Roberto were awesome and I would highly recommend having them as your guides if possible. They were very responsive and helpful. Thanks for everything!

I do a lot of travel and I think it's safe to say that Cusco Transport is the best transportation and excursion service I have ever used. They are really over the top on organization and communication. And extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Their English is perfect and they go above and beyond in everything to do. And so great that it's a "one stop shop" where I was able to book my transportation to and from the airports in Cusco and Lima, and also book some wonderful excursions to Machu Piccu and the Sacred Valley. Highly recommend.
