I recently bought 3 pairs of cushions. Love the vibrant colours, and the very quick delivery.
2 pairs I would definitely give 5 stars, as the covers are good quality and the inside pads comfortable and fit really well. Yes they need plumping every day, but I expected this.
The other pair are not good. The covers, again are good but the pads seem too big for the covers and yet moves around so I have to unzip and move them around to keep their shape; it is very annoying!
UPDATE
Following my review I was contacted by the owner and the issue rectified immediately. Customer service with this company is excellent, and I now have 2 new inner pads that fit perfectly. I have increased my review to 5 star, as the product and service deserve this.

Good value cushions and very helpful customer service
Cushions.co.uk have a good selection of British Made Cushions and the website is easy to navigate and place your order. My first order came within 36 hours and was real value for money so I placed another order for 3 further cushions. Unfortunately one of them was out of stock and I received an email with confirmation of refund plus a text to my mobile explaining if I made another choice I could get it added to the existing order - unfortunately I couldn't find another pattern I liked - the order was sent and within 24 hours I had the cushions - cannot fault the company for the quality of goods or the customer service - very happy.

Consistently good service
Two of my lovely silk velvet China blue cushions went missing in our move. I was so disappointed as they were absolutely beautiful and still looked like new even though I bought them in 2014. I spoke to Karen who was really helpful and I was overjoyed that the exact same cushions are still being made. Everything about the order went smoothly and I am delighted that my cushions are now back on the sofa.
