Working with Custom3DPuzzles was an excellent experience from start to finish. The vendor was remarkably quick in turning around design responses, which kept the whole project moving at a great pace. Their creativity really shone through in the final design, and every detail came together beautifully.

Communication throughout the process was clear, fluent, and easy, every question was addressed promptly and thoughtfully. We used the final result for our product launch, and we're genuinely delighted with it, it exceeded our expectations in both quality and creative execution.

Highly recommend Custom3DPuzzles for anyone looking for a responsive, creative, and reliable partner on custom 3D puzzle design! Many thanks to Mordy for making this such a smooth collaboration.

Our team was on the hunt for a unique and memorable customer anniversary gift when we discovered Custom 3D Puzzles. From our very first inquiry to final project completion, Mordy was exceptionally attentive, accommodating, and highly responsive to our schedule. Because we wanted to perfectly capture our laboratory environment, we needed a bit of extra time to finalize the details. We sent Mordy concepts, photos, and exact dimensions of our laboratory instruments, and he brought the entire vision to life. He provided constant updates and was incredibly collaborative with every idea and addition we threw his way. We are absolutely thrilled with the final product and cannot wait to start gifting these puzzles!

I reached out to Mordy about designing a 3D puzzle. This was a new product for them too and they truly delivered. We had an old sample and from the video/picture Mordy and the team build a new product which surpassed our expectation. The team was very communicative, and any email/phone was promptly responded. We needed expediating a part of the shipments and again 3D puzzles came through. It has been a joy with the team and I recommend them without any hesitation.
