Excellent price and service from customcutspokes. I urgently needed a spoke after one snapped on my Amflow MTB - Amflow are sending a couple from China, but needed one asap as a holiday booked with the bike. Rapid service from these guys. Highly Recommended.

Excellent service from Custom Cut Spokes (CCS).

Needed some hard to find spokes for an old MTB wheel. None of the usual online cycle parts retailers (Harrogate and Bridgewater) stocked the spoke gauge I needed.

CCS had a comprehensive range of spoke gauge and lengths IN STOCK . Excellent service:
1) Sent email enquiry to CCS late Sunday evening,
2) received a very helpful reply first thing Monday morning.
3) placed order late Monday morning.
4) received spokes 24 hours later on Tuesday morning.

FASTEST delivery I have experienced from any company and puts others to shame ( e.g. placed an order with the Bridgwater cycle shop 2 days earlier and still waiting for the delivery)

Discovered it was better to buy direct from the CCS website
and not through its shop on the well know auction site

Ordered some bike spokes from Customcut after my usual supplier stopped supplying them.
After a initial mix up with Spoke sizes the lads at Customcut sent me out the correct length spokes which I now have fitted to a customers wheelset.
Spoke to the shop twice by phone and can't praise them enough.
Will definitely be using them again for wheel builds.

Superb. Second time ordering from custom cut spokes, and both experiences very good! Fast order processing and delivery, excellent packaging and exact dimensions, quality and quantity of spokes and nipples. Despite my orders being very small (my first order just 4 spokes and nipples, and this latest one for 64 sapim brass nipples), the service has been first class. They offer a service that I haven't been able to find anywhere else. The name of the shop does exactly what they claim. I ordered a couple of spokes of different lengths and after a couple of days they arrived in the post. Great service!! I would use them again for my next project
