Horrible shipping and cutomer service. Order had an estimated arrival of 2/24. Hasn't even shipped as of 3/4. When I called and questioned the status, I was told 2/24 was only an estimate. OK - but now it will almost 10-14 days past the "estimated" date. When I asked for them to expedite the shipping, they told me they would have to check the cost. No accountability. Never buying from them again.

I did not get a shipping update so I contacted them and asked, I was hung up on 3 times while waiting for an answer then used live chat who disconnected me twice. Sent a email and was told UPS delays, they say they are in Texas?? Now they just told me itâs coming from China and they have a holiday until Oct 9th and will update me when itâs shipped. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
This has been an absolute nightmare
This has been an absolute nightmare. My order was supposed to be delivered by August 6th for a client event, and here we areâFedEx called AGAIN to say all four of my boxes have the same shipping label attached. Because of this, nothing is moving.
Iâve called, emailed, even spoke to Lobby, the manager, who promised to helpâbut still nothing has been fixed. The tracking hasnât updated since July 25th, and FedEx confirmed the shipment canât be processed unless new labels are sent. How hard is it to email updated labels to FedEx so the shipment can actually leave?
If these bags donât arrive by August 6th, theyâre useless to meâand Iâve made it clear I will not accept them after that date.
This is ridiculous. Iâve wasted time chasing answers, calling FedEx myself, and even offering their direct contact info). Still no resolution.
If this isnât fixed immediately, Iâll be cancelling the entire order through my credit card and printing with someone else. Completely unacceptable experience.

They keep emailing saying âsince you didnât reply, we are delaying your deliveryâ Iâve already given the okay 4 times! Horrible company. The worst experience Iâve had. I will never buy from this company again.
Fake Pricing on Website
Tried to order koozies on Cyber Monday that are advertised on their website for $0.01 each, minimum 1. At checkout, charge was considerably higher, even pushing back delivery date. Chatted with âFreddyâ in customer service, who refused to acknowledge or explain the price discrepancy on the companyâs website. He was dismissive and rude and refused to answer my questions - he just left the chat. I cannot believe this company is still in business with their false advertising and horrible customer service.
False delivery date
I ordered stickers specifically for an event, but since the delivery date wasnât honored, I had to cancel the orderâthe stickers would have no use beyond the event. Despite explaining the issue repeatedly, the support team seemed unable to understand my concern, initially offering only a 20% refund, even though the delay was entirely on their end. After nearly 20 messages, they finally resolved the issue, agreeing to a full refund if I refused the delivery. Iâm still waiting for that refundâmore updates to come.
Additionally, I was under the impression this was a Canadian company due to their website (customlanyard.ca), but theyâre actually based in Texas and ship from China. Be prepared for potential cross-border fees.

There are two companies. One is .net and one is .com. DO NOT USE .COM, they are two different companies. Read all reviews below and I agree, this company deserves zero stars. I spent two frustrating days with customer service, online. Emails and phone. It was a waste of time and energy. Finally just cancelled and now hopefully I will get money back but I am sure that will be a hassle too
DON'T GO TO CHINA!
Don't even think about it. I've dealt with them for 5 days on a simple banner. First thing, it took them 3 days to let me know my artwork did not show up when uploaded. Even though the files are there per their so called "ticket." I had to pay an additional $10 to get it shipped in time for the event. After numerous emails, chats, they made a DIRECT CALL TO OUR CUSTOMER instead of the number listed on the account. And might I add, all production is done in China according to one chat, verbal conversation they said no. I'm done with them. This was my 2nd order.
UPDATE: Just received confirmation my banner shipped. In the body copy of the email they used MY BUSINESS PHONE NUMBER to contact them if there was an issue! "If you need help regarding your order, please feel free to contact us at xxx xxx xxxx." Wonder how many phone calls I'll receive!!???!! They are so jacked up.

I paid an extra 25 cents to have my lanyards produced "in the USA". No chance. These were produced in China.
But the really BAD part is that the lanyards are TWISTED BECAUSE THEY ARE SEWN WRONG. I've been going back and forth on their "ticket" system for 6 days, trying to get them to agree to re-make the lanyards at their expense. First they asked for a photo. I sent then 6 or 7. 24 hours later they demanded more photos, then more, then more photos.
I provide photos; they take a day to ask for more; I provide photos; they take another day to ask for more. It's a deliberate cycle to wear down the customer to the point where the customer gives up.
Now they want one more photo of ALL THE WRONG LANYARDS. THAT'S THE ENTIRE JOB!!!!!!
The whole job is only $475. They should have agreed to re-do the job AFTER THE FIRST SET OF PHOTOS.

Poor experience, provided a patch with a different stitching color for the merrow, didn't even make sense. Only wanted to offer 20% refund but I need a correct patch not a partial refund. Insane.
ITS A SCAM!
If there is a zero I would have given them zero! this company is a scam. They are Customlanyards.net, Customlanards.ca, custom lanyards.com and wrist-bands.com. They claim in their website that they manufacture in the states. It's all a lie! Even the reviews from other sites and their own websites are fake.
I have a small business and wanted to see a sample of a lanyard for my client. I paid rush shipping $35 for a sample to be delivered to me in the next 4 business days. its been almost a week and not even a tracking number. I have requested samples before with my other vendors in the states and they ship almost immediately and for free most of the time. They are misleading and do false advertising. Do not be fooled they are from China.

Very poor communication which is also very delayed. In our case because of their own internal miscommunication our order was late and delivered after our event by several days. The date we expected to received them never changed in our account. It was exhausting working with them. There are better companies with much better communication and customer service.

This is not a USA-based company, the addresses they supply are not even theirs, one is the UPS store and the warehouse is for another company. I paid to have my order done here, not in China. If I wanted it made in China, I would have ordered from Alibaba, which is what they did then hiked up the price. All I did was pay more money for a service I could have gotten done myself for far much less money. They are not honest and should have to display that they are not producers of the products they sell. Frauds! Last time I do business with them.
