We ordered a custom neon light for a colleague's leaving present. The whole process was extremely easy. We contacted the customer service team when we realised that we'd forgotten to specify that we needed it processed quickly if we wanted to arrive for his leaving drinks. They very kindly sped up the whole process and we received the really lovely light exactly on time.

Perfect for the feature wall in my tanning salon
I used these guys as their online design tool was the only one I could find that was compatible with my phone. The process was simple, the sign is of excellent quality, the cable length is suitable, the price was fair and the delivery time was much faster than the estimated lead time. I will be using this company for future projects I have in mind for my business. My only criticism is that as the sign was large it would have been easier to mount it alone if some kind of template was provided to mark out the wall holes.

Terrible Warranty Service
we bought the sign, after we custom made it and it looked beautiful in our restaurant for approximately 10 months, after that we had multiple issues with the wiring and we emailed and called multiple different times. We also texted the company. They are promising us an email from Amazon for new wiring and a adapter. That was over two weeks ago and they will not answer the phone or any emails at all.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I told my assistant to order a sign for our revamped breakroom and it was horrible quality and came slightly damaged. I actually told her specifically not to use this company due to the bad reviews but she misheard me. After a series of emails from my accounts manager trying to get a replacement he was essentially told that because we couldnât prove we didnât break it (huh???) they would not replace it. I have since looked over the emails and they are incredibly rude and condescending. I ended up ordering from somewhere else and it was perfect and arrived so quickly! It is everything this company isnât.
This was a few months ago and I donât have the details they are asking for belowâŠso watch them say âWe donât have records of you being a customerâ
