Custompatchmakers レビュー

I saw the advertisement on Facebook (July 11th) and saw the wide selection of patches that they could make. I chose my style and uploaded my design and the amount required.
Within a few minutes, I was contacted via WhatsApp confirming my order and the size of the product i wished for. After confirming my order, I was told that the style 9f patch that I had selected wasn't feasible and given the reason why it wouldn't be able to be done, which i was very grateful for. They then suggested different styles that they could do. This was very kind of them as they could have just told me they can't help me and let me walk away.
I changed my style choice and went with their idea.

Within an hour, they came back with a digital picture of how my patch would look like. I was speechless! Not only did it look bolder, that it came to life, they added colours to it, which I was happily surprised as I had sent them a black and white template. I decided this is the design I would go with.
They asked me when did I want them for? To which, I requested by the end of August (There was no rush for them, so time was not of the essence) then they ask me my delivery address and phone number again, just to confirm and sent me a link to pay for my items.

After payment, I sent them a screenshot of payment. Then I was told they would commence with production.

3 weeks later I received a message on WhatsApp asking How I was keeping, did i receive the patches and could they know if I had liked the results of the finished product?
I told them that I had not received anything as yet and was going to contact them as I was under the impression that they would contact me when they were completed.
They then informed me that they had spoken to the courier and they had confirmed that the package had been dispatched and delivered to my address and to kindly check again to see if the package has truly arrived.
As i opened the front door, I noticed that the was a small plastic package hiding in the bushes of my front garden that could have been put through the letterbox(lazy delivery driver!)

Upon opening the package, I very happy with my patches! They looked identical to the image they sent me previously, but in tangible form. The stitching was tight , each patch were identical and the correct amount required was included too!

Considering I had no prior knowledge of custom patch makers before, I was skeptical if I was going to get an end product after payment. However with the person o the end of WhatsApp giving me advice on what styles would work and would be difficult to produce gave me peace of mind and the confidence to trust them with their time,my product and my money.

Thank you!

Already ordering for the second time. Top quality, fast in making. Very happy with my embroidery patches 😍🙏🏽

I’m very fussy but the good people down at custompatchmakers, were patient and accommodated every meticulous little detail through my instructions and delivered a high quality product. Will definitely use this business again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Brilliant quality from start to finish. The circular PVC patch with Velcro backing is exactly as I hoped it would be. The colours are vibrant, the finish is excellent, and it feels really well made. I was kept informed throughout the whole process, and it arrived exactly when they said it would. Fantastic service and I'll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommended!

Great product reasonable price kept informed at all stages. Would definitely use again

On line request process really easy and constant updates as the order progressed. Great product and supportive team

I am very happy with Custom Patch Makers. They were very quick to respond to my inquiry and set up everything for production, with my approval at every step. It only took about two weeks to receive the patches and they look great.
I will certainly use them again.

Excellent quality and would highly recommend, from initial discussion to final product it was a very smooth and easy transaction

Quick, friendly response, delivery was fast and the product was good quality. Price was reasonable (only ordered a small bunch - I assume the price per patch would improve the more ordered)

We are a small Chapter LEMC Club of 30 members but our overarching organisation is 20k worldwide, based in USA (Blue Knights). As it was England III’s 33rd Anniversary I wanted a patch to commemorate that occasion. One of our members used AI to start off a basic design, I then liaised to get more info with a designer, back and forth a few times until we were satisfied and the end product was great, I would recommend this company to you, plus we got delivery within two weeks, thank you and I hope to use you again in the future.

They took a while but when they came the wait was worth it, I am a seasoned patch buyer and these are the best quality I have ever bought. I won't get going anywhere else from now on

Really happy with the products. Have order Velcro / rubber patches and they look amazing - exactly what I expected!

Excellent service with gud quality work. Can improve on communication but overall highly recommended

Just had some patches made and I have to say - am completely blown away!! Great quality, and price and fabulous communication throughout.
