Morry was very responsive, and the design was impeccable. We made a couple revisions, and Morry was always very pleasant and quick about it! Definitely recommend this company for custom orders.

Custom Pens was wonderful to work with. They just grabbed my order and ran. They moved so fast I could not believe it. They gave me several options within 24hours and they were very detailed and helpful in helping me make a decision about my lapel pens. Once I made the approval-they had the product shipped out and sent me a tracking number to quick-seriously, they are NO JOKE fast. Morry managed my project through the end then once i received the pens, Morry followed up to see if I liked them. Wonderful customer service. Thanks guys for a very professional and LIGHTENING SPEED experience.
