Everything went smoothly

We had to delay the delivery, so no issues with timings. The Delivery Driver called ahead and reminded that assistance required and got reassurance that he could actually access the site

Simple ordering & advice. Quick on time delivery. Ordered timber frame to fit, saved work installing. Looks great in building. Flat 2m X 1m roof light.

Problem with timber frame missing off delivery, but resolved quickly in 2 days.

Great product, great price, greedy delivery

Excellent service and delivery. Packaging superb. Dealt with them for a few years now, and they are our preferred supplier of Skylights . Our company is only as good as our suppliers!

The lads in Bournemouth are great, informative and very helpful. I will not go anywhere else. Great price for a great product!!

Wrong delivery but rectified asap good service and advice

We were looking for quality roof lights for our new extension but didn't want to break the bank. Custom had a good display at the Home building show and appeared both knowledgeable and interested in what we were doing. The product being triple glazed was higher performance that I needed but the price was excellent and the fact that they specify visible area rather than overall frame size impressed us. After reviewing others I called Dan and got some excellent tips. The sizes we needed were out of stock at that time so we waited until they came in before placing our order. Once we did the roof-lights arrived very quickly and whilst we haven't fitted them yet they appear very well made. Our only minor grumble is that they screwed through the mounting frame to attach it to the delivery pallet.

Five star service quick delivery very reasonable price would highly recommend

Met the team at the Homebuilders show in London. Great expertise and knowledge.

Made the order and everything went as was stated to me.

Fantastic service and after care too. I highly recommend them if you want what they offer!

Amazing service from start to finish, excellent customer service dealing with any queries I had, and a quick delivery. Will definitely be using again.

Excellent service from selection to delivery of this top quality product. I would highly recommend Custom Rooflights. 5 star Company!

Amazing company!
Not only the cheapest quote I could find but by far superior quality to other rooflights I've used and seen in the past.
The staff were friendly, helpful, courteous and kept me upto date with my order (not an easy one) all the way through the process.
I highly recommend the company and product.

I am a local builder and use lots of roof lights,
