I ordered my sweatshirt over 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't come

I ordered my package on December 13. It is currently January 3 and I have not received my package. Your website said it would take 4-6 business days for shipping. I’m well aware that during the holidays, there can be delays. But this is just a little excessive. I wouldn’t care as much if the item I ordered (a sweatshirt) was for me but it was a Christmas gift for my brother. I hate to be this way. I try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt. I will never purchase another item from your company again. When reaching out for help through emails, I was given very bland and unhelpful responses. The answers to my questions were never answered. I give 2 stars in hopes that the sweatshirt I receive is good quality. If not, I will be even more disappointed.

I have yet to receive my order. I've already reached out twice and currently am still waiting. But thanks for reaching out.

Never received product, company is a rip off.

I’m only giving this one star because I can’t place a review with 0 stars. This was the most ridiculous purchase ever, quite frustrating at Christmas. I placed the order nov 26, money was taken from my account that day, no confirmation, nothing. Five days later I emailed, no response. Emails went back and forth many times (honestly about 20 in all). Finally the wrong size arrived a little before Christmas when I asked for an exchange for the correct size they actually said prove it. I sent them a copy of that email exchange and they replied oh I’ll get that fixed right away. No confirmation. That was a week before Christmas. I emailed them, they said send us the wrong size and we will send the correct one. NOW they say that! I never heard from them again. I never did get the right size. I don’t know if it’s worth bothering with PayPal to get my money back or not but it’s 4 days past Christmas and still nothing. Their service is laughable. The sweatshirt they wrongly sent is too small. Glad it was only $45 .

Placed order for Christmas..no reply for email..or calls answered.. disputing with my bank as well

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed order on 11/26 and nothing has been received. Got an email on 12/8 that my order was shipped, but confirmed with company it has not. Now they do not respond to any emails and their voice mail is full. Ordered items for Christmas and now they won’t be here. Terrible customer service. They should ship my items overnight at this point. Do not use this company. Getting ready to dispute this purchase with my credit card company since I have been charged.

Review is bad! I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. It has been more than 3 weeks since my order was said to be shipped. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my son, and now I have no gift for him cause my order isn’t here.

I placed my order on November 27th . Their shipping says 3-4 business days . I ordered 1 sweatshirt. It is now December 19th. I still have not received my order I can not seem to ever get a hold of anyone. This COMPANY IS A SCAM BEWARE!!!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RIP YOU OFF THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME A REFUND! THEY WONT SEND ME ANYTHING BUT THEY WERE QUICK TO TAKE THE MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. THEY WILL NOT RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. WONT SEND MY ORDER. WONT FIX THIS PROBLEM JEEP SENDING ME THIS CRAP AUTOMATED EEMAIL AFTER IVE SENT PROBABLY 20 EMAILS AND TRIED TO CALL SOME CELL PHONE THAT THE VOICEMAIL BOX IS FULL 10000 TIMES. THIS WHOLE THING HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE. AGAIN BEWARE OF THIS FAKE SCAM OF A COMPANY

I have only received 1 of 7 sweatshirts I ordered over 3 weeks ago.

If I could put no stars I would. What company when you order online doesn’t send a confirmation email after someone orders something off your website. Called many times as well as email and obviously no answer. This is probably a scam website just to take peoples money and that’s sad.

I placed an order 11 days ago. I never got a confirmation email. I never got my order. And no one has ever answered my calls or emails. I want my money back!!

I just googled the address it goes to apartments building. This company is scam, everyone who has ordered from this company. Is disputing the charges with your bank or credit card company

I ordered some hoodies on Nov.24 it shows they created a label but my package hasn't been scanned at any post office locations and they said they would send out another one but hasn't updated my tracking information and I called no answer and voicemail full. I would like a full refund.

Took a long time for it to ship... And when it did they sent me a small when I ordered A 2XL
I would have to say I wouldn't recommend them

Shipping took forever, hoodie came already peeling, waste of money, after one wash it will be ruined

I ordered a Kendrick Lamar damn hood on November 23 and pause extra for the fast shipping and never received my hoodie they sent the shipping information to ups/fedex on the 4 and I didn’t receive any updates besides the delivery company was waiting for the items do not recommend at all

Placed my order 11/25. Received a email stating my item shipped on the 29th. Still haven’t received it. And as far as tracking goes…. Nothing. All I have is a tracking number. Clicked on it and it basically tell me that my item shipped on the 29th. No shipping history available. Then I keep getting emails asking to rate this transaction. That I haven’t received. Obviously you would think I would have by now because of you wanting me to rate it. Very disappointed. Maybe I’ll receive it. But I’m not feeling very confident.

This is not my first Purchase
