The hoodie is good quality, like it a lot. Some hiccups on delivery . Nothing major. Would buy again. Thank you.

never got my sweater and its taking forever

Placed an order well before Halloween on an in-stock item and paid extra for expedited shipping that advertised 2-4 day arrival. The order stayed in processing status until Halloween and will arrive 2 weeks late. The company doesn’t respond to emails and their phone number goes straight to a full voicemail box. I ended up reversing the charge on my CC since everything screams like it’s just a fraudulent storefront.

Terrible customer service. My order has been in pre shipment for almost 2 weeks now. I cannot get a hold of anyone.

I placed my order on 9-27 with CustomTeezPDX and they took $56.61 out of my account immediately. Did get any updates on delivery so I emailed company to no response. On 10-14 CustomTeez sent me a email to apologize for delay and canceled order (not sure why) and said my money would be refunded in 3 to 5 business days. Already found hoodies somewhere else, ordered and received. Its now 10-27 have sent 2 emails to CustomTeez about my refund, which still has not been put back in my account with no response. Out hoodies and my money....

Bad communication. I wrote emails requesting info of where my order was and never got response you can't call them the number on site is a fax number

I haven't received my order...still...nor have I gotten a reply since I sent an email stating this....SUPER BUMMED!!!

Your emails say I should have received my sweatshirt, but I have not…

They look nice nice hoodies. I thought they were going to be Gildan like the pictures. The grey one has white print instead of black as shown. I think they will be ok though not what I thought I was getting.

I ordered a sweat shirt on 10/1 paid for expedited shipping, today is 10/12 and I still haven’t received my order! Reached out to the company and they responded days later, but I still don’t have my sweatshirt.

Never revived my order. I tried contacting them and never heard anything. I reached out 4 times. I have disputed the charge with PayPal

This is the WORST company I've ever dealt with. The man that answers the phone spews lies like crazy, gave me bogus tracking number's and yet swore my order was sent out. When I called him for the 4th time to ask about my package he hung up on me and no won't answer the phone!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! plus already received payment.

I absolutely love CustomTeezPdx!! I’ve never had sweaters that were made as beautiful as these ones I kind of miss the old ones but the new ones are just as good if not better!! Please bring back the cookie ones zipped up an XOXO korn
